Wenn mir Sachen, die sie brachte, nicht gefielen, murrte sie schroff, daß sei jetzt angesagt und modern. Was MIR passt oder gefällt, entscheide immer noch ich selbst... Die Preise werden mit viel Fantasie hochgeschraubt, damit man ein bisserl Rabatt geben kann. (und dann immer noch weit über dem Normalpreis einkauft) Ich kann nur empfehlen diesen Laden weitläufig zu umgehen... Extremely pushy saleswoman who has no idea about fashion. F	Felix Moser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich bis zum geht nicht mehr. Wir haben einen Pullover gekauft (sehr teuer) der nach einmal Waschen sofort kaputt war. Danach wurde mir zugesichert wir sollen doch vorbeikommen und sie würden sich darum kümmern. In Lignano wieder angekommen wurde meine Mama aufs üblste abserviert und ihr wurde gesagt sie solle gehen wir haben genug Kunden und sie interessiert das nicht. Unsympathisch, arrogant, glauben sie sind was besseres. Wir werden nie mehr dort hin gehen. Außerdem ist die Bedienung mehr als aufdringlich und hat keine Ahnung von Mode. Für den Fasching würden sie einen perfekt einkleiden mehr aber auch nicht ??‍♀️ Am besten NICHTS KAUFEN!!!!!!! Unfriendly until it is no longer possible. We bought a sweater (very expensive) that broke immediately after washing it once. After that I was assured we should come over and they would take care of it. Back in Lignano my mom was dumped in the worst possible way and she was told to go, we have enough customers and she doesn't care. Unsympathetic, arrogant, think they are better. We will never go there again. In addition, the service is more than intrusive and has no idea of fashion. For carnival they would dress you perfectly but also not ??‍♀️ Best NOT BUY ANYTHING !!!!!!!

Un appunto se posso: l'outfit del personale un po' più consono ai colori della stagione. Nero ok ci può anche stare ma siamo in estate a l'estate é un'esplosione di colori ?? Nice shop, very nice goods for sale, kind and helpful staff, to come back. A note if I may: the staff outfit a little more suited to the colors of the season. Ok black can also be there but we are in the summer and the summer is an explosion of colors ??
G	Greta Fabris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio in sè sarebbe molto carino e avrebbe dei bei prodotti, tuttavia l'intera visita è completamente rovinata dell'estrema invadenza di una commessa la quale, dopo che abbiamo gentilmente declinato la sua proposta (non richiesta) di aiuto, ha tuttavia continuato, in modo molto persistente, a seguirci passo per passo (azzarderei a pedinarci). Un simile comportamento mette a disagio i clienti e li invoglia ad uscire il prima possibile dal negozio. Abbiamo provato a dare una seconda possibilità al negozio, pensando si trattasse di episodio sporadico, ma abbiamo nuovamente ricevuto il medesimo trattamento, sempre dalla stessa persona. Sconsigliatissimo. The shop itself would be very nice and would have nice products, however the whole visit is completely ruined by the extreme intrusiveness of a saleswoman who, after we kindly declined her (unsolicited) offer of help, nevertheless continued, in a very persistent way, to follow us step by step (I would venture to follow us). Such behavior makes customers uncomfortable and encourages them to leave the store as soon as possible. We tried to give the shop a second chance, thinking it was a sporadic episode, but we again received the same treatment, again from the same person. Not recommended.

Marchi esclusivi e selezionati sono i protagonisti di una location ben curata con personale preparato a consigliare i migliori abbinamenti dei capi ad ogni fisicità e desiderio del cliente. Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e professionalità anche accompagnando a fare shopping mia mamma perché hanno soddisfatto il suo desiderio di un look più fresco e giovanile pur mantenendo il suo gusto da signora dai gusti un po' classici. Personalmente prediligo i loro capi selezionati e non dozzinali che si trovano ormai in tutte le catene e centri commerciali. Anche l'occhio qui ha la sua parte , adoro l'ordine con cui i capi vengono esposti dando un senso di equilibrio e aiutando a intercettare i capi senza dover rovistare disperatamente nella confusione. Mi sento di elogiare il personale che a mio avviso definirei "personal shopper" piuttosto che commessi. Si vede che fanno della loro professione un piacere che fa sentire il cliente coccolato. Reputo comodo trovare in loco anche la scarpa giusta per ogni outfit ? in quanto il negozio è fornito di un eccellente reparto scarpe ed accessori. Consigliatissimo ???? I recommend this shop in the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro ? Exclusive and selected brands are the protagonists of a well-kept location with staff trained to recommend the best combinations of garments to every physicality and desire of the customer. I appreciated the kindness and professionalism even by accompanying my mom to go shopping because they satisfied her desire for a fresher and more youthful look while maintaining her ladylike taste with slightly classic tastes. Personally, I prefer their selected and not cheap garments that are now found in all chains and shopping centers. Even the eye has its part here, I love the order in which the garments are displayed giving a sense of balance and helping to intercept the garments without having to desperately rummage through the confusion. I would like to commend the staff who in my opinion I would define as "personal shoppers" rather than shop assistants. You can see that they make their profession a pleasure that makes the customer feel pampered. I also find it convenient to find the right shoe for every outfit on site ? as the shop is equipped with an excellent shoes and accessories department. Highly recommended ????

Also heir ist der Kunde aufjedenfall nicht König sondern einfach einfach ein Lebender geldbeutel. Wonderful selection and great service (at least the one lady who advised me) Of course that doesn't apply to everyone, the boss can't even give you an answer is very unfriendly and apparently thinks he's something better. So here the customer is definitely not king but simply a living wallet.
