Der Dach pool mit der Aussicht und der Skybar ist ein Traum... alles Sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich...jederzeit gerne wieder. ??? We're still in the hotel. We go to Lignano every year ... 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms are beautiful and modern. The roof pool with the view and the sky bar is a dream ... everything was clean and the staff was very friendly ... anytime again. ???

Wir hatten angenommen das diese Sachen zum Service gehören, leider nicht sonst alles bestens Service on the roof terrace leaves a lot to be desired! Hidden costs for umbrellas on the beach and bicycles are also charged additionally! We had assumed that these things belong to the service, unfortunately not everything else is great

Personale simpatico e disponibile, prezzi accettabili, vista panoramica. Even non-customers of the residence can access the top floor where there is a swimming pool (not public) and a bar (Sky bar). Nice and helpful staff, acceptable prices, panoramic view.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Appartements, alles sauber installiert und zweckmäßig eingerichtet - so wie wir es als Standard wünschen. Kommen gerne wieder. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollte man prüfen, wie die Batterien in den Fernbedienungen. Und wenn man mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern anreist bräuchte man halt einen 2. Parkplatz am selben Ort. We were just at the front desk. Living in the apartment house Villa Anna. Very well equipped apartments, everything neatly installed and appropriately furnished - as we would like it to be as standard. We'd love to come back. There are a few small things to check, like the batteries in the remote controls. And if you arrive with 4 adults and 2 children you would need a second parking space in the same place.

Sowohl Frühstück, als auch die Fahrräder und sogar der Strandschirm sind extra zu bezahlen. Das ist bei 250€ pro Nacht etwas unverschämt. Leider wird auf die Zusatzkosten nicht hingewiesen. Eine unschöne Überraschung beim Checkout! Man sollte sich am besten vorher über diverse Zusatzkosten informieren. Der Pool und die Skybar sind wunderschön, der Ausblick ist grandios. Das Service ist etwas lasch. The aparthotel is very nice, unfortunately too expensive. The price-performance ratio does not fit. Breakfast as well as the bikes and even the beach umbrella have to be paid extra. That's a bit outrageous at € 250 per night. Unfortunately, the additional costs are not mentioned. An unpleasant surprise at checkout! It is best to find out about various additional costs beforehand. The pool and the sky bar are beautiful, the view is terrific. The service is a bit slack.

Sehr gute Lage da nur ca. 1 min zu Fuß zum Meer. Eigene Parkgarage. Sehr zu empfehlen ! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Very nice upper class aparthotel. Staff very friendly, rooms super nice, new and clean. Breakfast very rich. Very good location as only about 1 minute walk to the sea. Own parking garage. We recommend ! We would love to come back.
R	Romana G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind gerade zum 2.mal im Adritica. Das Personal spricht tw. perfekt Deutsch. Allesamt sehr bemüht und freundlich. Vom Frühstück waren wir dieses Mal sehr begeistert, Corona geschuldet wir alles nur in Bedienung angeboten, jedoch kein Problem, da die beiden Damen sehr flott und aufmerksam sind. Sehr vielfältig und liebevoll angerichtet. In der großen Wohnung mit Meerblick sind wir bestens betreut. Nur wenige Meter von der Einkaufsstraße, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Tolles Hotel, wir haben gleich für s nächste Jahr vorreserviert. Have just been to the Adritica for the second time. The staff speaks tw. perfect German. All very hard-working and friendly. This time we were very enthusiastic about the breakfast, owed to Corona, we only offered everything in service, but no problem, as the two ladies are very quick and attentive. Very varied and lovingly presented. We are well looked after in the large apartment with a sea view. Only a few meters from the shopping street, but still very quiet. Great hotel, we have pre-reserved for next year.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, modern eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden was man zum kochen benötigt! Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse war wunderschön und vorallem die Sonnenuntergänge waren unbezahlbar! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren! We were there for 1 week and it was a wonderful vacation! The staff was very attentive, friendly and accommodating! The rooms were clean, modernly furnished and everything was available what you need to cook! The rooftop pool was beautiful and especially the sunsets were priceless! We would go there again anytime!
