★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residece sicuramente pulito...sei in ferie e alle 7 vieni svegliato dalle donne delle pulizie ??, parcheggi usati malissimo dagli ospiti maleducati, i custodi dovrebbero sorvegliare meglio dato i pochi posti disponibili rispetto gli alloggi e ci sono persone che occupano due stalli.
Sicuramente datato come stabile,sembra di tornare agli anni '70 ma tutto sommato bene... Speriamo in un rinnovo dei locali.
Posizione comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia.
 Residece definitely clean ... you are on vacation and at 7 you are woken up by the cleaning ladies ??, parking lots used badly by rude guests, the caretakers should supervise better given the few places available compared to the lodgings and there are people occupying two stalls.
Surely dated as a stable, it seems to go back to the 70s but all in all good ... We hope for a renewal of the premises.
Convenient location to reach the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage ist gut, preislich ist es auch noch OK, wobei es sicher auch Hotels in der Preisklasse gibt, die Innenausstattung ist sehr veraltet. Das Bett war wirklich nicht angenehm und der Parkplatz war viel zu überfüllt.
Man hat im Apartment zwar alles was man braucht jedoch würde ich es glaube ich nicht mehr buchen. Da es in einem Hotelzimmer wesentlich bequemere Betten gibt und Hand/Badetücher. Man muss einfach weniger mitnehmen und bedenken. Aber wenn man nicht viel im Zimmer ist dann reicht es vollkommen.
The location is good, the price is OK, although there are certainly hotels in this price range, the interior is very dated. The bed was really uncomfortable and the parking lot was way too crowded.
You have everything you need in the apartment, but I don't think I would book it anymore. Since there are much more comfortable beds and hand / bath towels in a hotel room. You just have to take less with you and think about it. But if you are not in the room much then it is completely sufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one star because restaurant on bottom it’s horrible it’s the worst pizza ever it’s better go few minutes away for good quality food (they serve me prosciutto fungi with raw fungi ?) better pass away this restaurant. When I’m back Downstairs staff told me it’s should be like that. Apartment nice with sea view. For my strands of apartment it’s like all apartments in lignano we got for what we pay. Make sure don’t go to restaurant at the bottom.
