L appto è riscaldato da una placca piccola sul muro del tutto insufficiente per avere una temperatura accettabile. Abbiamo richiesto inutilmente al b e b almeno una stufetta elettrica. La risposta è stata che nn sono in dotazione. Il posto è sembrato anche sporco e datato. The place is cold and wet to stay in the winter period. The Condo is heated by a small plaque on the wall entirely insufficient to obtain an acceptable temperature. We have requested at least b and b at least one electric heater. The answer was that they are not supplied. The place also seemed dirty and dated.

Dopo un lungo viaggio siamo arrivati alle 20.05 e non c'era nessuno. Dopo aver dovuto chiamare a diversi numeri, una signora molto maleducata ci ha detto che la prenotazione era stata cancellata perché non avevamo chiamato prima, ma quando abbiamo fatto la prenotazione, non ci hanno detto questo. La atención es pésima, la calidad del hotel mala y la encargada es una mujer súmamente maleducada. NOTHING RECOMMENDABLE We had made the reservation on edreams, with the credit card details as the page said. After a long journey we arrived at 20.05 and there was nobody there. After having to call several numbers, a very rude lady told us that the booking was canceled because we hadn't called before, but when we made the booking, they didn't tell us this. La atención es pésima, the calidad del hotel mala y la encargada es una mujer súmamente maleducada.

A	Agnieszka Hanusiak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been robbed in this apartment in this week!!! Service ensured that it is safe here. I left more cash in the wardrobe with clothes in the apartment. After a few days, it was stolen. There was no sign of burglary. The money had to be stolen by someone from the services whose had the keys. The service didn't even bother to come to us and help us. Valerina didn't answer the phone. (Valerina was a resident of the apartment). She responded with a long delay to "whatsapp". She even didn't call, to talk with us about the situation. When I asked her that I should go to the Police she agreed. Even she knew it that we don't gonna have receive back the money ( It was almost 150 Euro). It was unprofessional behavior from their side. We are really disappointed that nobody help us even when we were their guests. Unfortunately with unpleasant experience we left Catania. More over this apartment look as on our pictures. In the apartment it smells of moisture. The furniture is falling apart. Pictures on the portal are probably from 10 years ago.
A	Adélaïde Windyka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one was showing up at 8pm for the check-in. We phone them several times and wait more than 30min in front of the building. They there aware that we would arrived close to 8pm and told us "Ok, thanks". At the end we booked in another place, recieved an email saying we never show up (charge us for the room) and of course they never call us back. To summarize this place is hold by an incompetent staff trying to make easy money. You can quickly find a better place to stay for the same price ;)
A	Ana Paraschiv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to describe my experience while staying there but that is impossible as they cancelled the reservation and billed me for it. I completely do not recommend them. They have a very strict cancellation policy, which is understandable, but they are also strict with the check in time - until 20:00. As they did not accept a modification to this – thaw we asked and informed that we will arrive later when doing the booking – we accepted to stay a day somewhere else and send a request asking to go there the second day. They denied the request, cancelled the reservation and in addition they took the money and marked us as non-show. I do not recommend booking an apartment from them. They are extremely strict, unprofessional and unreachable ( non of the phone numbers are working), not customer friendly. To me this seems as a well set up plan to scam tourists. They show no interest to help or accommodate the customer's needs.
