★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hors saison, c'est un peu désert, mais superbes appartements dans résidence de standing. Appartements habités à l'année par des locaux. Avec piscine, salle de sport, parking dans box, ... Accès facile aux autoroutes pour desservir la région. Supermarché juste en face.

There is everything you need to relax. Well-equipped kitchen, perfect bathroom (hydromassage bath) swimming pool and for those who want to do grocery shopping next to the shop and the bar with espresso ? And of course parking terenie on the premises

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand appartement bien équipé plaques électriques four grand réfrigérateur télé salon balcon. Piscine extérieure, garage avec porte électrique. Le tout dans une résidence close. point négatif mal insonorisé on entend les gens parler et les chaises bouger ainsi que le filtre de la piscine. Bon séjour. Assez éloigné du centre donc il faut mieux louer une voiture.
Large, well-equipped apartment with electric hob, oven, large refrigerator, TV, lounge, balcony. Outdoor swimming pool, garage with electric door. All in a closed residence. Negative point poorly soundproofed we hear people talking and the chairs moving as well as the pool filter. Have a good stay. Quite far from the center so it is better to rent a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato per una notte un appartamento doppio, letti comodi, camere sporche, dalla polvere sulle porte e sulla testiera del letto, ai cuscini color crema sotto le federe (comunque per la rubinetteria esiste il viakal)
Camere molto spaziose su due livelli, quella sopra (punto strada) senza alcun tipo di panoramica, dei servizi descritti quali bollitore, cassaforte etc completamente assenti, c'era una caffetteria arrugginita.
Il livello sotto, da noi soprannominato "scantinato" molto spazioso, con un solo comodino e senza prese ai lati del letto, anche qui pulizia molto superficiale.
Incluso nel prezzo box auto elettronico.
Entrambi veramente mal arredate.
Ma per un affitto giornaliero di 150€ (32,50 € a persona) non bisogna aspettarsi molto, magari trovare all'arrivo, nel frigorifero una bottiglia di acqua (0,20 €) sarebbe, non carino, ma fondamentale.
Basta veramente poco per fornire un servizio degno di questa parola, d'altronde il prezzo lo decide la struttura e non gli ospiti...
P.s. di lavoro organizzo aperture di locali (alberghi, ristoranti e bar) e sono stato direttore di alberghi dal 4 stelle a pensione ( esperienza pluridecennale).
I booked a double apartment for one night, comfortable beds, dirty rooms, from the dust on the doors and headboard, to the cream-colored pillows under the pillowcases (however for the taps there is viakal)
Very spacious rooms on two levels, the one above (street point) without any kind of overview, of the services described such as kettle, safe etc completely absent, there was a rusty cafeteria.
The level below, nicknamed "basement" by us, is very spacious, with only one bedside table and no sockets on the sides of the bed, again very superficial cleaning.
Electronic garage included in the price.
Both really badly furnished.
But for a daily rent of € 150 (€ 32.50 per person) you shouldn't expect much, maybe finding a bottle of water (€ 0.20) in the fridge would be, not nice, but essential.
It takes very little to provide a service worthy of this word, on the other hand the price decides the structure and not the guests ...
P.s. I organize openings of clubs (hotels, restaurants and bars) and I have been the director of hotels from 4-star to pension (decades of experience).

Bella posizione residenziale fuori dal caos del centro ma nello stesso tempo a pochi minuti d'auto dai punti nevralgici della città.
La chicca: la piscina e la palestra.
