Big clean apartment with everything you need included. Close to city center, thumbs down for the neighbourhood.

Our experience with this hotel wasn't good. The tv did not work and they said it would fix it the next day but it did not happen, nor the heating did not work and the cleanliness was poor .

Amazing place to stay at a great price. I stayed here for 4 nights, the hosts go out of their way to help you. I arrived quite late and they left keys for me in a safe outside. Breakfast was served with a personal touch and had great tasting croissants and continental foods. Etna experience is also based in the same building so that's very convenient. I stayed in the volcano room with a view of mount Etna. The room was spacious, en-suite and we had our own fridge to store food if we wanted to. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The town centre is a few minutes' walk away and there's plenty of shops to buy food and groceries nearby. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Have been twice now, and stayed in two rooms: the 'Folklore' room, and the 'Volcano' room, both of which were spacious and artfully decorated. Those particular 'rooms' are actually apartments, with a large bedroom/living room, and a small kitchen and a shower room. There are four single beds, two of which are pushed together. The small kitchen in the apartments have an electric hotplate, and sink and there is a fridge in the main room. Crockery, cutlery, glasses etc are provided. A hairdryer, towels, and shampoo/shower gel (and toilet paper!) are also provided. The 'Volcano' room has an excellent view of Etna from its balcony. The apartment building has an office downstairs on the ground floor, and the staff are helpful and friendly, and speak v good English. You can buy one litre bottles of water from outside the office at any time; just put a Euro per bottle in the honesty box. There are also taps in the streets around the apartment building where you can top up your water bottle, this being nice tasting (in my opinion) drinking water. From the apartment building it is (as the name suggests) a less than 10 minutes' walk into the main square (the one with the elephant fountain in), and en route you pass cafés, restaurants, and shops. It's also a short walk to the castle and the tourist information office. You can walk it to the train and bus stations, though allow at least 30 minutes to get there. We took a taxi from the airport to the apartment building, which was approx 25-30 Euros as I recall (in 2017). I would definitely stay here again, and would definitely recommend it to others.

We loved the position of the B&B. Really close to the city centre. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We loved staying in there. :) We didn't like the fact that the double bed was actually made by two single beds. It is kind of uncomfortable for a couple. The room was very big and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, staff was caring and helpfull. Very good experience! :)
