★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli appartamenti sono splendidi, ristrutturati e curati nei minimi dettagli con grande gusto... Nulla è casuale, infatti uno dei proprietari è architetto che ha curato tutta la ristrutturazione e l'arredamento. I proprietari sono gentili e ti forniscono tutte le informazioni per girare la città, ma non le classiche informazioni turistiche bensì quanto di particolare e poco conosciuto offre la città. Anche le indicazioni dei ristoranti sono ottime perché ti indicano i locali dove vanno loro a mangiare e non i classici ristoranti turistici. Loro sono molto discreti e non li vedi neanche, ma quando hai bisogno di qualcosa sono sempre pronti. Difficile trovare una casa vacanza così. Per ultimo segnalo il grande giardino pensile sul tetto a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti, pieno di piante di ogni genere ed in particolare piante grasse pregiate, una vera oasi in città.
The apartments are splendid, restored and cared for down to the smallest detail with great taste ... Nothing is accidental, in fact one of the owners is an architect who oversaw all the renovation and furnishing. The owners are kind and provide you with all the information you need to get around the city, but not the classic tourist information, but rather the particular and little known the city offers. Also the indications of the restaurants are excellent because they show you the places where they go to eat and not the classic tourist restaurants. They are very discreet and you don't even see them, but when you need something they are always ready. Hard to find a vacation home like this. Lastly, I would like to point out the large roof garden on the roof, available to all guests, full of plants of all kinds and in particular prized succulents, a true oasis in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ מיקום הדירה הכי טוב שיש. ממש במרכז קטניה. בדירה סלון, מטבחון, חדר שינה ושירותים/מקלחת. יש נגישות לקומה העליונה לגינה על הגג. הדירה פשוטה מאוד אבל נקיה ויש בה כל הנדרש. בעל הבית, רומאו ג'ובני, אדיב ונחמד. בהחלט מומלץ
The best apartment location there is. Right in the center of Catania. The apartment has a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and toilet / shower. There is access to the top floor garden on the roof. The apartment is very simple but clean and has everything you need. The landlord, Romeo Giovanni, is kind and nice. Definitely recommended

Dopo un imprevisto sulla nostra prenotazione altrove, siamo state accolte da Salvo e Vicenzo senza preavviso con una disponibilità tipica di questa terra e prontezza ineccepibile.
Tre Vie Apartment is the place to be, potrebbe essere il loro slogan.
Curato dei dettagli, accogliente come casa propria, ampi spazi d'epoca e tutti i comfort necessari.
La posizione è eccezionale, in 15 minuti a piedi sei ovunque.
Fatevi consigliare da Loro su cosa vedere e fare a Catania e dintorni, il loro sapere architettonico e artistico è un plus.
Non vedo l'ora di tornarci con il sole per grigliare nel terrazzo immersi nei racconti e del buon vino.

What a great stroke of luck.
After an unexpected event about our booking elsewhere, we were greeted by Salvo and Vicenzo without warning with a typical availability of this land and impeccable promptness.
Tre Vie Apartment is the place to be, could be their slogan.
Attention to detail, as welcoming as your own home, large period spaces and all the necessary comforts.
The location is exceptional, in 15 minutes on foot you are everywhere.
Let them advise you on what to see and do in Catania and its surroundings, their architectural and artistic knowledge is a plus.
I can't wait to go back with the sun to grill on the terrace immersed in stories and good wine.
Highly recommended!

I recommend to spend some time in the house to fully enjoy and appreciate the interior and the roof garden. The host is perfect; well prepared for our visit. Armed with maps and recommendations, ready to answer all questions. Very helpful. Thanks again for having us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my stay here very much. The vibe is very relaxed and cool, you don't feel like a visitor. I rented one double room but I was free to use living rooms, kitchen and the rather fabulous roof terrace. Everything is interestingly decorated, you feel like you're staying at the house of an artist, or a writer. The location is good, the communication with the owners brief but pleasant enough, they leave you to do your own thing which means you get to feel at home quickly and easily. Recommended.
