★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione a quando riconsegnate l'auto fatevi rilasciare ricevuta che tutto è OK.. io non l'ho fatto e mi sono ritrovato spese in più senza capire il motivo nonostante l'auto era tutto ok, fatta email di contestazione e ancora dopo 30 giorni non rispondono...sia telefonicamente che per via email.
Attention when you return the car get a receipt that everything is OK .. I didn't do it and I found myself spending more without understanding the reason despite the fact that the car was all ok, made a dispute email and still after 30 days they don't answer ... either by phone or by email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Не пользуйтесь этой компанией, это мошенники, мы оплатили депозит ,прилетели с ребенком вечером и нам просто не выдали машину якобы мы не можем плотить дебетной картой. Наличные тоже не взяли и депозит не вернули. Если не хотите не приятных сюрпризов не связывайтесь с ними!
Do not use this company, they are scammers, we paid a deposit, flew in with a child in the evening and they simply did not give us a car, allegedly we cannot use a debit card. Cash was also not taken and the deposit was not returned. If you don't want unpleasant surprises, don't contact them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to spend an extra 797€ plus additional deductible of 650€ for damage for a 7 day rental. We are very unhappy with RentalPlus. See long detailed story to follow. My husband and I, along with two friends, rented a car from Milan to drive up to Livigno in the Alps. Although we told the company where we were going, they rented us a car with summer tires and diesel gas. On the way up into mountains, even with snow chains, we lost control of the car several times and hit a guard rail and snow. We were driving very slow and cars without chains were passing us. When we finally made it to Livigno, we parked the car and used public transport all week. On the morning we were leaving to drive back to Milan, the car wouldn’t start because the diesel gas had frozen in the tank. We had to call a tow truck and take it to a mechanic to defrost. Our friends who had an earlier flight from Milan had to pay 350€ to take a taxi while my husband and I stayed to wait for car. We had to pay 150€ for the tow and mechanic. Because of the delay, we missed our flight out of Milan and had to buy overnight bus tickets for 205€ to get to our next destination but still have to pay for a missed night in our Airbnb, 60€. We also had to take a train from the car rental agency to bus station for 32€. On top of the extra charges, the company was very difficult to get in touch with for help. When we did reach them they refused to pay any of the extra fees we incurred due to an unsuitable car. They are a shady business and I would avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented from here a few times now and always had a good experience. I've never had any accidents so haven't had to go through any of those processes thankfully, so can't comment on that. Just returned a car and served by Luigi both times, and he has been very courteous and helpful. Also helpful for me that there is always a staff member available who speaks good English
