Nel frattempo, ci danno un 50 poco funzionante e sicuro. Torniamo il giorno dopo e il 125 che da contratto dovevano darci (già pagato) non c’era. Ci facciamo fare il rimborso e il signore, in modo piuttosto maleducato, parla male della propria collega (ma, da quanto ci risulta, questo modo di fare è la prassi di questo noleggio, e non una svista eccezionale). Appena venti metri più avanti c’è un altro noleggio assolutamente professionale e trasparente. Morale: fate 20 metri in più e non fermatevi qui. Bad experience, absolutely not recommended. We rent a 125 scooter: not being there, they tell us to come back the next day. In the meantime, they give us a poorly functioning and safe 50. We come back the next day and the 125 that they were supposed to give us (already paid for) was not there. We get a refund and the gentleman, in a rather rude way, speaks ill of his colleague (but, as far as we know, this is the practice of this rental, and not an exceptional oversight). Just twenty meters ahead there is another absolutely professional and transparent rental. Moral: do 20 meters more and don't stop there.

Inoltre accettano prenotazioni senza sapere o constatare se possiedono i mezzi richiesti o se li hanno disponibili nel giorno di arrivo. DA EVITARE. Arriviamo alle 9.40 e lo scooter da noi prenotato (con pagamento d'acconto) non c'era. Poco dopo ci dice che da un altra sede aspettando 15 minuti sarebbe arrivato uno scooter 400 allo stesso prezzo (serve la patente della moto e per fortuna il mio compagno ne è in possesso). Aspettiamo 2 ore e 30 e arriva uno scooter 300 molto mal messo. Ci danno quello e io visto il ritardo chiedo di tenerlo fino alle 9.00 del giorno dopo la consegna prevista e accettano. Due giorni dopo ci lasciano un messaggio in segreteria dicendoci che dovremmo andare a prenderci lo scooter prenotato a mezz'ora di strada (non era previsto il cambio). Ci presentiamo come da messaggio nella tal sede e ci dicono che loro non sanno nulla e che lo scooter non c'è. Il giorno dopo, la mattina ci chiamano dicendoci che ci consegnavano in loco il nostro scooter prenotato e così fu stato. Sconsiglio questa agenzia di noleggio per i grandi disguidi e la perdita di tempo. Required to rent a scooter 125 from 9.00 on 4/08 to 19.00 on 12.08. We arrive at 9.40 am and the scooter we booked (with advance payment) was not there. Shortly after he tells us that from another location, waiting 15 minutes, a 400 scooter would arrive at the same price (you need a motorcycle license and luckily my partner has one). We wait 2 hours and 30 and a very badly made 300 scooter arrives. They give us that and I saw the delay I ask to keep it until 9.00 the day after the expected delivery and they accept. Two days later they leave us a message on the answering machine telling us that we should go and pick up the scooter booked half an hour away (there was no change). We introduce ourselves as per the message in that office and they tell us that they know nothing and that the scooter is not there. The next day, in the morning, they call us and tell us that they delivered our booked scooter to us on the spot and so it was. I do not recommend this rental agency for the big mistakes and waste of time.

Il giorno dell'arrivo mi hanno contattato dieci minuti prima dell'appuntamento per il ritiro dello scooter dicendomi che non era più disponibile per motivi non ancora giustificati. Non mi è stata proposta alcuna alternativa. Avendo lasciato la macchina a Piombino, non avevo alcun modo di muovermi sull'isola in quanto nel mese di Agosto, l'isola è invasa da turisti, e trovare un' altra agenzia con uno scooter disponibile è molto difficile. Leggendo ora le altre recensioni vedo che non sono il primo a cui è successo la stessa cosa. Molto probabilmente utilizzano un loro sistema per accettare più prenotazioni possibili per poi all' ultimo respingerle. Nonostante ciò siamo stati rimborsati ma non entro due giorni come indicato da loro. Ho dovuto chiamare per sollecitare il fatto che non avessimo ancora visto il rimborso. Insomma, una terribile esperienza. Il mio suggerimento è EVITATE questa agenzia. NON AFFIDABILI, POCA SERIETA' Bad experience. Non seulement je n'ai pas le véhicule réservé depuis longtemps mais en plus , il me met à la porte ( remboursé quand même , mais sans solution !. J estime avoir passé l âge de me faire balader. Alors un conseil, vous avez un loueur Absolument Charmant à 20 m. Courrez y et passez de bonnes vacances. Oubliez vite cette adresse ( d autres clients étaient aussi très insatisfaits d ailleurs ) Very very bad experience with this rental company. Not only did I not have the vehicle reserved for a long time but in addition, it kicks me out (reimbursed anyway, but without a solution!. I consider that I have passed the age of taking me for a ride. Absolutely Charming rental company at 20 m. Run there and have a good holiday. He gave me a almost brand new scooter for 8 days (300€) which is okay. I saw some bad reviews about people who preordered, maybe its best to do it spontaneous like me, i had no problems In the morning he arrived right on time and in less than 5 minutes we were done. Will most likely go there again next year
