Come scusa offrono un buono sconto sul prossimo noleggio. Questo mi induce a rimuovere la segnalazione negativa e a ringraziare per la correttezza ricevuta. Il personale di Piombino è stato gentile e professionale nel fornirmi le informazioni.
I remove the criticism of the previous message because Avis in the meantime has responded to the written complaint about the additional charge to the contract, they have confirmed their error and return the sum to the credit card. As an excuse they offer a discount coupon on the next rental. This leads me to remove the negative report and to thank for the correctness received. The Piombino staff was kind and professional in providing me with information.
