Sono cliente da tempo ed fino ad oggi mi sono sempre trovato bene . Questa mattina alla riconsegna della Macchina ho prima avuto problemi per trovare parcheggio , al momento della riconsegna il personale non è stato per nulla cortese . Le stelle sarebbero tre ma per la cortesia pregressa e la disponibilità ne do 4
I have been a customer for a long time and up to now I have always found myself well. This morning at the return of the car I first had problems finding parking, at the time of the return the staff was not courteous at all. Esperienza pessima iniziando con la scortesia de la dipendente che è proprio svogliata, facendo sembrare quasi che fa un favore ai clienti di essere la!!!La macchina non era quella prenotata online ed era in condizioni pessime, molto sporca sia dentro che fuori, senza tappetini,senza aqua per tergicristalli, e con un malodore dentro! Nel giorno della consegna arrivo per consegnare la macchina con 10 minuti di ritardo e giorni dopo mi trovo addebitato sulla carta una giornata in più senza nessun preavviso!!!Questa è stata la mia esperienza!!! Complimenti per la vostra dipendente!!!
Bad experience starting with the rudeness of the employee who is really listless, making it seem almost like a favor to the customers to be there !!! The car was not the one booked online and was in very bad condition, very dirty both inside and out, without mats, no aqua for windshield wipers, and with a smell inside! On the day of delivery I arrive to deliver the car 10 minutes late and days later I am charged an extra day on the card with no warning !!! This was my experience !!! Congratulations on your employee !!!

I would give them less stars if I could. The card was over charged and the invoicing made no sense at all. Trying to get my money back. Had a friend with the same problem as well from Europcar Follonica!!

Nice service. I took one star off because of returning car. We brought it by night using keybox and it was okay but there is no place for the car to leave it and we had to find a place from street. Wondering if they can find it... ? probably they do ? It was also supereasy to book car from internet and then just go and pick it up. Also got free upgrading.

The whole experience was awful. Cristina, attended us terrible and made us feel uncomfortable since the beginning, letting us know that she didn't care nor wanted to help us with the problem we had with our car on the road. Very aggressive and not kind.

When hiring a car you look for flexibility and want to reduce stress by depending on other solutions. At pick up the Europcar staff in Follonica arrived more than half an hour delayed, which impacted our whole day. At return we had to search a parking for 15 minutes because there are no dedicated parking spaces. We were in a rush but the lady forced us to go through long procedures and return together to the car. And the worst, our payment was treated without any PCi compliance, just writing down all our details by hand on paper. When enquiring about this we were shouted at again - as hapoened throughout the whole process. Everything she asked she interpreted as an insult and shouted at us. We were even accused for having prolonged the rental by anither day, which should be a good thing in terms of revenue The Ducat itself was perfect. But it does not maje up for the bad feeling. Maybe Europcar hires the wrong people for customer service, or has procedures of decades ago, which make it difficult fir staff to perform well.
