★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un grave problema alla mia macchina ho dovuto noleggiare immediatamente un' auto per tornare a casa dalle vacanze.
Il titolare, che al momento non aveva vetture disponibili, ha trovato immediatamente la soluzione portandomi addirittura la vettura alla concessionaria dove stavano riparando la mia macchina.
Contro ogni previsione la concessionaria è riuscita a riparare il danno alla mia vettura in tempi rapidissimi, permettendomi di tornare a casa con la mia macchina.
Mi sono sentito fortemente dispiaciuto nei confronti del titolare che ha percorso 45 chilometri per fornirci la vettura a noleggio, e qui sta il bello...
Il titolare non si è minimamente scomposto capendo la situazione, dicendo che non mi dovevo assolutamente preoccupare per l'inconveniente.
Una persona veramente eccezionale.
