STAMATTINA? NON HO SCRITTO STAMATTINA, IO HO PRENOTATO VENERDI' 26 GIUGNO PER SABATO 27. HO PARLATO PER TELEFONO ED HO IL MESSAGGIO DELLA SEGRETARIA DEL POMERIGGIO. SABATO MATTINA MI SONO PRESENTATA E LO SCOOTER NON ERA DISPONIBILE I BOOKED A SCOOTER BY TELEPHONE, WHEN I ARRIVED THE STAFF DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING, HE TRIED TO CALL THE HOLDER WHO DID NOT RESPOND, I WAITED A LITTLE AND THEN I WAS AWAY BECAUSE THE SCOOTER WAS NOT THERE. THIS MORNING? I DID NOT WRITE THIS MORNING, I BOOKED FRIDAY 26 JUNE FOR SATURDAY 27. I SPEAKED BY PHONE AND I HAVE THE MESSAGE FROM THE SECRETARY OF THE AFTERNOON. SATURDAY MORNING I PRESENTED MYSELF AND THE SCOOTER WAS NOT AVAILABLE

Domenica scorsa ho avuto un problema alla mia auto, ho chiamato Elba Rent, in meno di un'ora ho ricevuto assistenza e l'auto in noleggio, nel momento della restituzione sono venuti a prendere l'auto a domicilio e ad un prezzo veramente ottimo Grazie Excellent service! E non era disponibile nessuna bici. Not reliable. We booked two e-bikes by 9am one day in advance but the attendant knew nothing about it! And no bikes were available.

Senza clima anche se pagato, senza cinture posteriori, con finestrini manuali che in uno dei due mezzi che ho preso non scendevano ed addirittura in una delle due mancava il tappo della benzina! Forse è opportuno rinnovare il parco auto perché le due che ho provano neanche nel terzo mondo ci andrebbero in giro.
