F	Filippo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho organizzato una vacanza per la mia famiglia e per quella di amici. Tra le atività che ho organizzato c'era anche quella di immersione. Ho scelto questo diving perchè comodo al mio albergo e perchè consigliato dallo stesso. Mi è stato fatto un preventivo che comprendeva i corsi assetto e l'uscita a Pianosa sul quale è stato applicato uno sconto per tre persone. Alla prima immersione del corso ho avuto problemi alle orecchie ed ho sospeso l'attvità dopo i primi 10 minuti. Al pagamento i prezzi che sono stati applicati erano pari al preventivo non scontato più un importo relativo al passaggio sul gommone per me il giorno che non mi sono immerso. Mi è stato giustificato il prezzo per il minore numero di uscite; solo non hanno tenuto in considerazione il fatto che, essendo io organizzatore della vacanza del gruppo, gli ho procacciato durante la settimana 4 immersioni doppie ulteriori a quelle previste del valore molto superiore a quanto non avevano venduto a me. Si tenga presente che oltre ai miei familiari ho procacciato loro per la stessa settimana altre 5 immersioni a lunga distanza con persone del mio gruppo. Non sono rimasto soddisfatto dal trattamento e del fatto che la disponibilità sia cambiata di tono prima di vendere il loro prodotto e dopo averlo venduto. I have organized a vacation for my family and friends. Among the activities I organized there was also diving. I chose this diving because it is convenient to my hotel and recommended by the same. I was given a quote that included the set-up courses and the Pianosa trip on which a discount for three people was applied. On the first dive of the course I had ear problems and I suspended the activity after the first 10 minutes. Upon payment, the prices that were applied were equal to the undiscounted quote plus an amount relating to the passage on the boat for me the day I did not dive. The price for the smaller number of releases was justified to me; only they did not take into consideration the fact that, being the organizer of the group's holiday, during the week I procured 4 more double dives than those planned, worth much higher than what they had sold to me. Please note that in addition to my family I have hired them for the same week 5 other long distance dives with people from my group. I was not satisfied with the treatment and the fact that availability changed in tone before they sold their product and after they sold it.
C	Cristiana Bigicchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo in un gruppo organizzato x andare a pianosa 8 persone per 150€... il pocket lunch ..era una merendina confezionata o cracker e un bicchiere di acqua... la guida a me assegnata nella prima immersione . Scostante e poco professionale..nn solo nn si è minimamente informato ma tt immersione è stato in alto a circa 8 mt senza indicare nulla né far vedere nulla.. nn mi ha mai accompagnato e anzi risalito a bordo per primo nn ha nemmeno ha pensato di aiutare x la macchina fotografica o aiutarmi visto ke il mare era piuttosto mosso. La seconda immersione uguale ma fortunatamente ero con un gruppo dove si trovava una guida ke ha fatto il suo lavoro. Cmq esperienza da dimenticare.sconsigliato . We were in a group organized to go to Pianosa for 8 people for € 150 ... the pocket lunch .. was a packaged snack or cracker and a glass of water ... the guide assigned to me in the first dive. Unfriendly and unprofessional .. nn only nn was minimally informed but tt dive was up to about 8 meters without indicating anything or showing anything .. nn he never accompanied me and even got on board first nn he even thought to help x the camera or help me since the sea was quite rough. The second dive was the same but luckily I was with a group where there was a guide who did his job. Anyway experience to forget. Not recommended.

All communication with the people of the diving center was (and still is) very professional, friendly and above all relaxed. During the start of my very first open water dive from the beach, supervised by Nicco, I was being quiet frightened. Nicco acknowledged that, he took all the time and he was incredibly patient to gently help us getting used to the experience. Thank you very much Nicco! I learned that communication is even more important under water than above ;-). I am also a lot less frightened of swimming. Diving with "Diving in Elba" is simply great.
