Il sentiero facilmente percorribile attraversa alcuni ettari di bosco, costituito prevalentemente da lecci. Al suo interno un esemplare di trullo costruito con maestria da un artigiano di Surbo nei primi del novecento. A beautiful walk in the woods of the Parco di Rauccio will bring you in contact with the nature of Salento. The easily passable path crosses a few hectares of woods, mainly consisting of holm oaks. Inside a trullo specimen built with mastery by a Surbo craftsman in the early twentieth century.

Certamente la visita diventa molto più arricchente se sarete accompagnati da una guida. Il WWF di Lecce offre la possibilità di guide di grande esperienza e cultura del territorio. Bellissimo il centro visite situato in uno storico edificio fortificato con una vista spettacolare. A very interesting strip of Mediterranean coastal woodland can be visited freely. Difficile un pò da raggiungere, ma una volta arrivati dona serenità, tranquillità e pace. Atmosfera stupenda e totalmente naturale. Bello ascoltare i suoni della natura, dalle cicale al vento, al fruscio delle foglie degli alberi accarezzare dal vento. Stupendi i colori di mille sfumature. Da visitare e campeggiare. Da non perdere. Beautiful park. Stunning natural landscape, fairly well-kept and services for picnics. Difficult a little to reach, but once you arrive it gives serenity, tranquility and peace. Stunning and totally natural atmosphere. Nice to listen to the sounds of nature, from cicadas to the wind, to the rustle of tree leaves caressed by the wind. Wonderful colors of a thousand shades. To visit and camp. Not to be missed.

Esisterebbe anche una sosta camper con attacco alla rete elettrica e possibilità di scarico acque grigie e nere e carico acqua potabile. Peccato che tutto questo sia inutilizzabile. Anche il resto degli spiazzi tipo area barbecue e copertura per picnic è in totale stato di abbandono. Qualcuno si dovrebbe svegliare! Le foto parlano chiaro. Park with good potential, but practically abandoned today. A	Andrea Federica Serra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un bel bosco dove si cammina su un sentiero forestale con alberi molto alti e più in là c'è una struttura piccola di pietra dive rifugiarsi. Non ci sono panchine, nè area camping e io e la mia famiglia ci eravamo appoggiate su delle pietre dure per pranzare anche per il fatto che non c'era tanto sole. Non c'è molto da vedere, gli animali sono pochi e piccoli tipo lucertole e ci sono anche alberi di ulivo e qualche minuscolo frutto rosso che sembra un pomodorino che (credo) si possa mangiare. Si trova anche un fiume qua dentro che si chiama fiume "Idume". È consigliato venire in bicicletta o con il proprio cane per divertirsi di più! ??❤? It is a beautiful forest where you walk on a forest path with very tall trees and further on there is a small stone structure where you can take refuge. There are no benches, no camping area and my family and I had leaned on hard stones for lunch because there was not much sun. There is not much to see, the animals are few and small like lizards and there are also olive trees and some tiny red fruit that looks like a tomato that (I think) can be eaten. There is also a river in here called the "Idume" river. It is recommended to come by bicycle or with your dog to have more fun! ??❤?
