Tutto è ben strutturato e progettato per adattarsi ai tempi difficili. Il personale è molto cordiale e attento, il cibo è molto gustoso e buono. Siamo felici di tornare con la nostra famiglia e i nostri amici. Ma è comunque consigliato. La prossima volta proveremo il sapore della pizza. A nice place. The nice restaurant with many fish dishes is located almost directly on the sea. Everything is well structured and designed to adapt to difficult times. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the food is very tasty and good. We are happy to return with our family and friends. But it is still recommended. Next time we will try the flavor of the pizza.

Il cibo nella media e i costi contenuti Il servizio e l’organizzazione improvvisati, nessuna attenzione nei confronti del cliente e delle sue esigenze. Eravamo in sei di cui una donna in dolce attesa. Dopo l’ordinazione, sono stati serviti due dei nostri amici, quando loro avevano terminato di mangiare sono giunti due altri piatti per altri due di noi, dopo una 10’ di minuti un altro piatto e dopo altri 10’ finalmente l’ultimo, verso le 22:30 l’ultimo. Se avessi voluto mangiar da solo sarei andato da solo!!! La cosa più SCONVOLGENTE, è che hanno sbagliato l’ordine di mia moglie che è incinta la quale è rimasta a digiuno. Dato che il mio piatto doveva ancora essere cotto (incredibile) chiesi di non mettere nessuna verdura cruda sopra la pietanza, per dividerlo con mia moglie, ma invece, eccola lì, insalata e prezzemolo crusi su tutto. Seconda chance sprecata. Le scuse ce le ha porte solo il cameriere, titolare assente! C’è stata proposta un’alternativa ma con queste due brutte esperienze e dopo quasi due ore di attesa abbiamo declinato. Non tornerò mai più. Peccato perché sono un abitué di torre chianca. After ordering, two of our friends were served, when they had finished eating two other dishes arrived for two of us, after 10 'of minutes another dish and after another 10' finally the last one, towards 22:30 the last. If I wanted to eat alone I would have gone alone !!! The most shocking thing is that they got the wrong order from my wife who is pregnant who went fast. Since my dish had yet to be cooked (unbelievable) I asked not to put any raw vegetables on top of the dish, to share it with my wife, but instead, there she was, salad and parsley crusoe on everything. Second chance wasted. Apologies are given to us only by the waiter, the owner is absent! An alternative was proposed but with these two bad experiences and after almost two hours of waiting we declined. I will never go back. Too bad because I'm a used to Torre Chianca.

Il locale aveva apparecchiato solo tavoli all'aperto che, forse per via della ricorrenza, erano tutti pieni. Il nostro gruppo ha ordinato pizze e dei fritti per ingannare l'attesa. Come fattoci subito presente dal cameriere l'attesa per gli ordini è stata lunga, forse un po' troppo. La qualità del cibo è buona; la pizza, tipo salentina, cotto in forno elettrico, è ricca e ben condita e, sebbene sulla mia "quattro formaggi" le noci che ho chiesto di aggiungere sapevano di "vecchio", era comunque molto gustosa e digeribile. I fritti erano nella giusta quantità e con sei piatti abbiamo pututo gustarli in dodici senza problemi, prendendo anche più di un assaggio di ogni fritto. Qualche piccola incomprensione nella gestione degli ordini, prontamente risolti. Nel complesso il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo è molto buono ed il locale, posto in una località di mare è un invito a passarci le tarde serate estive per una cena tra amici di ombrellone. Da ritornarci. Visited on the evening of San Lorenzo with a group of friends, with a booked table. The restaurant had only set outdoor tables which, perhaps because of the anniversary, were all full. Our group ordered pizzas and some fried food to pass the wait. As the waiter immediately pointed out to us, the wait for orders was long, perhaps a bit too long. The quality of the food is good; the pizza, Salento type, cooked in an electric oven, is rich and well seasoned and, although on my "four cheeses" the walnuts I asked to add tasted of "old", it was still very tasty and digestible. The fries were in the right quantity and with six dishes we could enjoy them in twelve without problems, taking even more than a taste of each fried. Some small misunderstanding in the management of orders, promptly resolved. Overall, the quality / quantity / price ratio is very good and the restaurant, located in a seaside resort, is an invitation to spend the late summer evenings for a dinner with umbrella friends. To go back.

Ci tornerei? Ovviamente SI.. consigliatissimo Alla prossima Quattroventi ? Nice restaurant 2 steps from the sea, perfect for those who want to get away from the beach and be in a place where you eat great, with abundant and well presented dishes, as well as served in a short time. Would I stay there again? Obviously YES .. highly recommended See you next time Quattroventi ?
