Wonderful Hotel, top level service

Everything you need when you go skiing at the kronplatz Italy. Good food, good staff, nice rooms, very nice swimming accommodations, fitness, wellness, close to the slopes. Excellent! See you all next year.

Very nice hotel. It is situated just outside Reisach and has a nice view on the top of Kronplatz. My visit was during summer 2019. The booking was including breakfast and dinner. The was no lunch included, but from 14:30 till 17:00 there is a buffet with salades, fruit and sweet stuff, I have never mist lunch?. Also coffee, thea and water is included. The hotel offers free bikes (e-bikes available at extra cost) and excursions. The regular guide, Martin takes you for nice hikes (barefoot hiking for example) or MTB bike rides. Clients receive a free pass for public transport which you can use to visit Bruneck or many other places in the neighborhood. The hikings are also very good documented. There are many places to start a trail. Starting from the hotel or one of many other places in the surroundings. Sometimes you need to use public transport to a starting place. The facilities of the hotel are also great. A very nice pool (indoor and outdoor) and large beautiful garden. Massages can be booked and there is also a sauna (only to visit without textile and age above 16) Diner is also a great experience. Everyday there is a five course menu alternating every day. Service is great, you feel very welcome. This staff really makes your holiday.

Wonderful hotel. Great location, right in front of lifts. Exceptional food - stayed there for 7 days and every dinner was perfect. Nice lobby for apperitivo or something stronger after food. Pool is not crowded and pretty big with possibility to swim outside. Highly reccomend!

Everything about the hotel was fabulous. The room, staff, adult areas, spa, bar, indoor/outdoor pool, arcade, list goes on. It was expensive, but I we felt it was worth the cost. Definitely would stay here again! Included pics were captured from two different windows in our room.

The rooms are big and spacious, and the interior design modern and fresch! The nature pool is amazing, with cold refreshing water and the area is lovely and free from kids, however it is offically a nude area. The service is great and the food is varied in quality but always good. Wine selection is good and prices are fair. Hikes in the nearby area are limited but the views from the top of Mountain are epic.

Hello and good evening, Well as usual, I went to meet my Family and stayed at the hotel Majestic..this hotel is a Family run Hotel. The welcome was very quick and some information was passed on, verbal or on paper.. Asked the Lady if I could have the evening meal for my child, sent to my room, she said yes but their would be a charge or 18euros.. That shocked me allot, as I took full board. I mentioned it again, it's not for me , it is just my son, not interested, costs 18euros. Went to my room, no help was offered or any assistance with our bags.. Room looks nice and was big, Bathroom had Bathtub and also a shower, toilet also had a bide closed with a door.. For the size of the room, the TV is too small.. Take care, the room cannot be locked from the inside, so if you have children just keep an eye out. The do not disturb, does not work, or the cleaners don't care, as I had it on and still they nocked on the door or came in. Telephone in the room did not work, through the whole duration of my stay, 4 days.. Room was very very cold at night, the heating was turned off around 2am, asked the lady, but no explanation could be given. Underneath the bed was very dirty and full of dust from a few weeks. Went for a swim with my son, but I had to take allot of care, swimming pool in or out, is full of little sharp edges that children cannot see, floor is very slippery. Dinner was very cold, the welcome from the sons owner was very disinterested in us or who we were, totally totally no customer orientation. First night, wine was added to my bill, but I do not drink wine, so take care and check your Bill.. Asked for a new bill, but I was told reception would remove it. Breakfast is very weak, and not allot of people really interact with you..it is the morning of the day, and every work is not motivated. Every day the same breakfast food, with so much potential, it has no flair. It is a hotel, we're nobody shows interest or shows welcome, it needs a good leader, and it does not have any, anywhere to be see. Walking to your car during the snow, it is very dangerous, nobody cleans the pathe or throws some salt or stones for you to walk on. The potential is there, and the property is in good shape.. It just needs a visible leader and good training for every worker..
