Good for something different in a city surrounded by local food. Service was very passive. Food was good. Would recommend and will return.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and you will be tempted to stay longer than you planned. The food is good although it has still some space to get better. Service was just fine for some dishes it would be good to get some explanation - its bit flat according the offer.

Disappointing the experience of their “management” of guests without a valid Greenpass - 2 couples (either without the proper vaccinations or novax) were quickly ushered out a side door only to return after the authorities had left. Our “uncomfortable” comment that the law exists for a reason was met with being brushed off and a slow, slow service by the waiter. We were further insulted by the fact that the 2 Greenpass-less couples were offered a limoncello on the house at the end if the meal, while we weren’t. Totally disappointing.

The ideas behind the recipes are there, but the technique is not up to par, the result: unbalanced dishes, out-of-register acidity and flavor, not perfect cooking. Technical shortcomings become even more evident with desserts. Same goes for the service, very slow and marked by some unprofessional attitudes. Decent wine list with slightly high markups. Quite expensive, the mise en bouche are "paid" with a cover charge of 3.50 euros per person.

The kitchen is open and you can see the care and passion that is put into every plate they serve. Everything is presented artfully and tastes amazing. Atmosphere, music, service and the cuisine were perfect - keep up the good work.
