Ho portato la mia bici ad aggiustare, dopo 2 settimane chiamo il negozio la mia bici manco era stata vista allora con molta calma attendo altro tempo...
Pre farla breve dopo un mese e mezzo sono stato costretto a riprendere la mia bici ancora rotta, anzi più rotta di prima, al momento del ritiro mancava anche il vetrino del cambio (cosa che al momento della consegna c'era).
I know it's bad to give a star I could be wrong but I have to give my opinion based on my experience with Real bike.
I brought my bike to fix, after 2 weeks I call the shop, my bike was not even seen then, very calmly, I wait for more time ...
To make a long story short after a month and a half, I was forced to resume my still broken bike, indeed more broken than before, at the time of collection, the gearbox glass was also missing (which was at the time of delivery).
