Sia al momento della consegna, sia del ritiro sono stata accolta con un mega sorriso e questo, per chi lavora con il pubblico, è fondamentale. (il negozio è un centro di raccolta per spedire i telefoni a Milano quindi loro c'entrano poco) Dopo un mese sono andato a ritirarlo ma ad oggi i problemi con il lettore della scheda SD sono ancora presenti. Sono stati gentilissimi, non badate a chi entra a due minuti prima della chiusura o chi entra facendo lo sborone e poi si viene a lamentarsi qui se l'hanno trattato come lui trattava i commessi. Proverò il servizio pick-up di Oppo a questo punto. I took the smartphone under warranty to repair. La male educazione non la tollero, se non si ha voglia di lavorare meglio andare altrove, incompetente! Non gradisco ricevere alcun assistenza da loro, piuttosto preferisco andare in capo al mondo. Ho portato lo smartphone a riparare il 05/05/21 e, dopo avermelo riconsegnato una volta senza che il problema fosse risolto, l'ho finalmente ritirato il 07/06/21. Reputo questi tempi di attesa inamissibili al giorno d'oggi ed anche se questo è un centro di raccolta non dovrebbe ammettere tempi così lunghi e soprattutto mancate riparazioni. Il personale, con il quale mi sono interfacciata per più di un mese, è sempre stato scortese, maleducato e molto poco professionale. Le mie richieste di sollecitare il centro riparazione a Milano dopo che il problema non era stato risolto non sono mai state accolte, ho dovuto provvedere io stessa, ma credo che debba essere un servizio da garantire da parte di un tale centro. Infine per sapere se il telefono fosse arrivato sono sempre dovuta andare di persona poiché trovavo la linea molto spesso occupata, nonostante aver richiesto la cortesia di poter esser contattata all'arrivo, poiché tra il lavoro e la lontananza ds casa mia del centro mi è stato molto scomodo raggiungerlo di persona tutte queste volte. Sicuramente la prossima volta non mi riaffiderò a questo centro. BAD SERVICE AND BAD STAFF. I will certainly not rely on this center again next time.

Ho dovuto portare in assistenza la mia consolle pioneer, ed ho trovato finalmente dei veri professionisti, che hanno saputo risolvere la problematica con estrema competenza e soprattutto una ottima comunicazione con il cliente. Ringrazio personalmente il tecnico sig Mario e lo staff intero del quale non conosco i nomi. Aggiungo che non é la mia prima esperienza positiva con loro nel corso degli anni. Consigliatissimi WELL DONE!!!
