Di questi tempi è dura trovare un meccanico serio come Sergio! Professionalism, precision and friendliness are not lacking. Il titolare mi disse che lui non poteva occuparsi del problema e di rivolgersi all'assistenza ufficiale Kawasaki Milano, Japan Moto. Mi rivolsi a loro e mi dissero che tutto il cambio del rubinetto costava 110 euro + manodopera. Andai quindi su Facebook a chiedere un consiglio, mi indicarono un sito di ricambi dove comprare un pezzo (kit revisione rubinetto) che con 15 euro risolse il problema. Ovviamente feci fare il lavoro ad un altro meccanico... Occasione sprecata da Racing Motor di prendersi un nuovo cliente. E qui entra in scena il nostro amico Sergio che non solo si prodiga per il recupero ma nel pomeriggio stesso fa una analisi critica, circostanziata e veritiera delle reali condizioni del mio mezzo. Oggi, martedì, ho ritirato lo scooter che, dopo un mega tagliando con tanto di sostituzione di frizione, cinghia di trasmissione, olio, candele ecc,ecc è tornato ad essere la mia "bambina" come non mi ricordavo da tempo. Grazie ancora Sergio per la competenza, professionalità e disponibilità, nonché al prezzo secondo me concorrenziale, con cui ci assisti. Assolutamente da consigliare....voto10+ Well yes. Inoltre è riuscito a reperire pezzi di ricambio per il mio Fantic Caballero che neanche Futurbike (concessionario ufficiale Fantic a Milano) riusciva a trovare. Ci terrei ad aggiungere che è molto onesto e più volte si è rifiutato di intervenire dopo aver verificato che non fosse necessario. Se ho un problema alla mia moto o al mio scooter so di poter sempre contare su di lui; elemento non da poco avendo dovuto fare il giro di Milano prima di riuscire a sistemare il mio Caballero. Great service, fast and much cheaper than most mechanics in Milan. He also managed to find spare parts for my Fantic Caballero that not even Futurbike (official Fantic dealer in Milan) could find. I would like to add that he is very honest and has repeatedly refused to intervene after verifying that it was not necessary. Se gli dici che la tua moto ha qualcosa non va, non si limita ad aggiustartela: se ne prende cura. Perché ama il suo lavoro, lo fa da una vita e te ne accorgi dopo due minuti che ci parli. Sergio è competente, è veloce e ha mille conoscenze che lo aiutano a darti un servizio più rapido e migliore. C’è quando ne hai bisogno, ti spiega cosa fa e non ti promette un prezzo stracciato, ma onesto. Perché chi vuole spendere poco, spende sempre due volte. E invece chi spende da Racing Motor sa di avere speso il giusto e che non avrà problemi. Insomma, è una garanzia. E adesso ho capito perché chi me lo ha consigliato lo chiama il mago delle moto. Sergio dopo appena qualche settimana l'ha totalmente sistemata, sia dal punto di vista meccanico che estetico. Da allora uso questa moto ogni giorno senza mai aver avuto un problema. A seguire gli ho consegnato due vespe d'epoca ed una Honda Deuville, tutte uscite dalla sua officina con lo stesso magnifico risultato. Sergio ti spiega ogni problematica, ogni lavoro che ha eseguito e trasmette un'incredibile passione. Non é solo un meccanico di fiducia ma anche un caro amico, Grazie Sergio!!
