Inizialmente ho svolto delle sedute dalla fisioterapista, che mi hanno fatto riottenere la mobilità del collo, ma non in modo totale.
Avevo spesso dolori e contratture ai muscoli del collo e di conseguenza ho chiesto aiuto allo studio di massoterapia Emanuela.
Le sedute sul momento erano dolorose, ma una volta terminati i massaggi sentivo quasi immediatamente dei benefici.
Già dalla 3 settimana, ho potuto ricominciare a praticare attività sportive senza avere alla sera dolori forti come prima dell'inizio delle sedute.
Emanuela è sempre stata molto professionale e attenta, dandomi anche degli esercizi da svolgere una volta terminati i 10 incontri, per mantenere i risultati ottenuti.
Last year I was in a car accident that caused a partial reversal of my cervical spine.
Initially I did some sessions with the physiotherapist, which made me regain the mobility of my neck, but not completely.
I often had pains and contractures in the muscles of the neck and consequently I asked for help from the Emanuela massage therapy studio.
On-the-spot sessions were painful, but once the massages were over, I felt the benefits almost immediately.
Already from the third week, I was able to start practicing sports again without having severe pain in the evening as before the start of the sessions.
Emanuela has always been very professional and attentive, also giving me some exercises to do once the 10 meetings are over, to maintain the results obtained.
