★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati ieri io ed un mio amico ,per un percorso spa e un massaggio . Che dire ? Proprietario Gentile e disponibile, aperitivo post percorso con prosecco,salumi e formaggi molto buono . Il resto del personale preparatissimo e disponibile,tra cui Sara ,massaggio veramente rilassante. Consiglio ?
A friend and I went yesterday for a spa trip and a massage. What to say ? Kind and helpful owner, post-tour aperitif with prosecco, cold cuts and cheeses very good. The rest of the staff very well trained and helpful, including Sara, a truly relaxing massage. Council ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativissima, com'è La Spa non saprei dirlo... 10 mail scambiate per la prenotazione,mi si chiede di pagare prima on line ... ovviamente lo faccio. Appuntamento fissato ,con tanto di conferma per il 19 febbraio ore 14:00 con Spa esclusiva e massaggio di coppia. Arriviamo lì...nessuna prenotazione,o meglio prenotati per il 19 marzo,le ragazze se ne lavano le mani ,nessuna soluzione ...della serie .... Arrangiati. Dopo una telefonata mi propongono di condividere la Spa con un altra coppia che ovviamente declina ,come noi del resto. Arriva un responsabile, ovviamente mi rimborsa con vittimismo saccente . Com'è la Spa non posso dirlo ,ma sicuramente me ne guarderò bene di consigliarla .Ps: non dite anche a me che non sono un critico di San Remo ,sarei stato solo un cliente che di Spa in Italia ne ha visitate a decine e non ha mai ricevuto questo trattamento.
Very negative experience, what is La Spa like? Appointment fixed, complete with confirmation for February 19th at 14:00 with exclusive Spa and couple massage. We get there ... no reservations, or rather booked for March 19, the girls wash their hands, no solution ... of the series .... Arrange. After a phone call, they offer me to share the Spa with another couple who obviously declines, like us after all. A manager arrives, obviously he repays me with pedantic victimization. I can't say what the Spa is like, but I will certainly take care to recommend it. Ps: don't tell me too that I'm not a critic of San Remo, I would have been just a customer who has visited dozens of Spa in Italy never received this treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto carino , intimo , piccolino. Personale gentile, peccato che il bagno turco non era disponibile per via del covid, zona relax tisane ben assortita. Un po' di umidità , con cattivo odore. Durata reale due ore di spa, c'è stato chiesto il green pass, e sinceramente non abbiamo perso tempo come hanno scritto precedentemente le altre recensioni. Per il resto Posto pulito e tranquillo.. un po' caro, a nostro avviso,mi aspettavo una prova, proposta crema, chiaramente un assaggio.. almeno per carità, sicuramente sarebbe apprezzato.
Nice, intimate, little place. Friendly staff, too bad that the Turkish bath was not available because of the covid, well-assorted herbal tea relaxation area. A little damp, with bad smell. Real duration two hours of spa, we were asked for the green pass, and honestly we didn't waste time as the other reviews previously wrote. For the rest Clean and quiet place .. a little expensive, in our opinion, I was expecting a try, cream proposal, clearly a taste .. at least for heaven's sake, surely it would be appreciated.

This SPA do not hesitate to employ aggressive, disrespectful and above all impertinent people.
Cleanliness is poor: used towels that hang, strong smell of javelle, poor cleanliness of the soil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I called to set a massage, and unfortunately I was caught up at work and couldn’t make it. When I finish my job (16 min after my massage supposed to be) i got my phone to call and try to get another time today (since I was offered 2 pm, or 4pm (...) ) and for my surprise I got a very rude message from the owner, calling me bad names and saying that I am a bad person. Without even trying to reach me by phone since I had to lost calls, and without asking, just putting out all negativity. I would never recommend anyone to put they money in this place, so many nice other places in Milan where I was super well treated and without someone caking me an uneducated person. i don’t treat or talk to people I hate bad, don’t think a place should treat their clients like that.
