★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto carino! Posto pulito, tranquillo e semplice. Ho usufruito del servizio tramite una smartbox ma ho saputo ugualmente il costo, forse un po' caro in relazione al tempo dato nel centro.
Very nice! Clean, quiet and simple place. I used the service through a smartbox but I still knew the cost, perhaps a little 'expensive in relation to the time given in the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente poco professionali!! Prenoto un appuntamento prima delle vacanze per le 18:15, dopo ben 3 settimane mi chiamano dicendo che l’appuntamento sarà alle 18. Faccio presente che non potrò arrivare per le 18 e mi dicono allora di non preoccuparmi. Chiamo il giorno prima dell’appuntamento per assicurarmi che il mio arrivare alle 18:15 non sia un problema e così mi dicono. Arrivo, come concordato più volte, alle 18:15 e mi dicono che l’appuntamento era alle 18 e quindi non fanno in tempo a fare tutto. Inqualificabili, non mi è mai successa una cosa del genere da nessuna parte!!
Absolutely unprofessional !! I make an appointment before the holidays for 6.15 pm, after 3 weeks they call me saying that the appointment will be at 6 pm. I point out that I won't be able to arrive by 6 pm and they tell me not to worry. I call the day before the appointment to make sure my arrival at 6:15 pm is not a problem and so they tell me. Arrival, as agreed several times, at 6.15 pm and they tell me that the appointment was at 6 pm and therefore they do not have time to do everything. Unqualified, such a thing has never happened to me anywhere !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno rovinato i miei capelli?? in più sono entrata e ho chiesto per la promozione in vetrina e mi ritrovo che alla fine non mi avevano fatto ciò che ho chiesto ma quello che volevano loro mettendo il prezzo doppio della offerta richiesta. Professionalità pessima. NON CI TORNO PIÙ.
They ruined my hair?? plus I went in and asked for the promotion in the shop window and I find that in the end they didn't do what I asked but what they wanted by putting the price double the requested offer. Bad professionalism. I WILL NOT GO BACK.

Ho fatto taglio e piega con crema e il rapporto qualità prezzo secondo me è ottima. I miei capelli ora sono meravigliosi sicuramente tornerò!☺️
To this experience I give 5 stars because the staff is certainly professional and qualified and they have an interest in the relationship with the customer, they really made me feel at ease. I cut and fold with cream and the value for money in my opinion is excellent. My hair is now gorgeous I will definitely be back! ☺️
