Booked a pedicure a day in advanced and when I arrived at my appointment they told me they couldn’t do the pedicure I booked because they had an advent to do instead. No call in advance to rebook or move. Instead just waited for me to show up mid afternoon on a Saturday. No respect for their clients time what so ever.
