Ho voluto pezzi nuovi, dal coperchio rotto al pignone, per non avere più problemi nonostante loro spingessero per un pezzo usato. Ho speso circa 800 € per quello e altri piccoli lavori. Dopo un mese e mezzo si è rotto di nuovo.. Quando ho chiamato hanno detto che non sapevano il perché, e che era colpa mia perché avevo usato la leva d'accensione !! Mai usata in vita mia.. Si sono completamente lavati le mani e quando mi sono innervosito mi hanno detto che con 100 € mi avrebbero messo un carter usato, o altrimenti fatti miei.. Allucinante.. Loro non hanno messo pezzi nuovi che ho pagato e in fattura, ma pezzi usati che per loro sfortuna si sono rotti subito. Da evitare. Ho le prove di tutto questo, se qualcuno non si fida.. They completely washed their hands and when I got nervous they told me that with 100 € they would put a used carter, or otherwise my own .. Hallucinating .. They did not put new pieces that I paid for and on the invoice, but used pieces which, unfortunately for them, broke immediately. To avoid. I have evidence of all this if someone doesn't trust me.

A volte si paga un po' di più rispetto a qualche meccanico generico ma ne vale la pena se si vuole la garanzia di un lavoro fatto come su deve. Courteous and professional. Mi presento questa mattina e mi mandano via. Cambio piaggio center che mi accolgono con professionalità e gentilezza. Absurd experience: I buy a NEW wasp in September, I call to get the first service and they tell me to come when I want that they have little work because of Covid. I show up this morning and they send me away. I change piaggio center that welcome me with professionalism and kindness.
