This shop solved a problem that the Apple Store couldn't (or couldn't be bothered to) solve; the headphone jack had broken inside the headphone socket of my daughter's MacBook Pro. Service was fast and friendly without that 'too cool' attitude you often find in the Apple stores these days and whilst it took a day or two longer than expected, I was kept informed by sms throughout the process. I highly recommend R-Store Roma Appio. Apple customer service, you could learn from these guys!

If you want to find a service rude, unpolite and unefficient just go there and waste your time and nerves. I have NEVER EVER been in an Apple store like this one. One of the reasons I buy Apple is for the backup service, I will stop immediately buying Apple if I find just another store like this one.

Really rude and incapable. Some months ago my apple watch had a problem but they couldn't solve it then my friend solved it at home! And today I wanted to buy a new iPhone there but I changed my mind because of a guy's misbehavior ??????

My old iPhone broke down while visiting Rome, and I opted to go to the nearest Apple reseller instead of the Apple store which was situated 30 minutes away by bus. After buying the iPhone XR, I expected to unbox it and set it up at the store (as I wanted to use the phone immediately and continue with my trip) but was promptly told that their internet is slow. I tried anyway but as told, their internet was slow, and they refused to help as they seemed to be busy with other customers and paperwork, and gave weird glances at me. One staff even said they are not familiar with XR settings. For the price I paid , I expected better service. After 30 mins trying, I left to go back to my apartment to set up the phone and continued with my Roman visit. Wasted almost a day on my trip on this. Should have made the effort to go to the Apple store instead. Anyway, the location is convenient and if you were to buy and go, great. If you expect any service, bext go to the Apple Store and not this reseller. How can an Official Apple reseller have inadequate internet speed? Doesn’t make sense. They shouldn’t advertise themselves as official reseller.

Store management should more flexible adapting customer needs btwn direct sale and assistance. Long lines and wait at assistance downstairs with good service but just from a single operatore when 2 desks are set up while upstairs sale people are not engaged with clients. Not in line with Apple brand image of flexibility and adaptability for a unique customer experience. Must do better!!!

I purchased headphones at this location and were broken after one week of usage. They sent to have them fixed and they are still waiting on being fixed. It has already been 14 days. No headphones. I asked for a credit and they said no. Staff is friendly and helpful but this place is very slow. Waste of money. Edit to Response to owner. I appreciate the new headphones. You're staff is very respectful. Not having headphones for almost 3 weeks was the pain. When your staff says 3-5 business days and it takes 3 weeks it is not professional. Time is money. You have multiple sales men trying to sell products but one representative handling all the defective products in your store. Waiting to speak to that person took an hour each visit. Each customer I spoke to in cue, was waiting for weeks for their fixed phones, headphones and computers. You're business model seems to sell to new customers and not take care of your current ones. I will do business elsewhere. Thanks.

A nightmare experience. After replacing the battery on my MacBook, it started making strange noises. I arranged repairs twice and waited for nearly a month, but they still couldn't solve the problem. Don't waste your time. Please go directly to the Apple Store. Cherish life away from R-Store.
