In passato avevo già avuto un’esperienza negativa con una riparazione (durante la quale sono andato via preferendo un altro riparatore), ma ho voluto dare un’altra possibilità a R-Store per l’acquisto di un dispositivo Apple. Ovviamente, anche questa volta l’esperienza è stata assolutamente negativa. Inoltre, mi hanno fatto fare più di 250km per trovare una soluzione alla mia problematica, per poi sentirmi dire che “il call center non sapeva che il responsabile oggi non fosse qui. Torni domani”. Penso che Apple dovrebbe garantire maggiormente i loro clienti, soprattutto con aziende alle quali affidano il proprio marchio. Acquistando in aziende che hanno partnership ufficiali con Apple, mi aspetterei un servizio di qualità e un’assistenza clienti superlativa. Un acquisto “Premium”, così come pubblicamente dichiarato con il nome “Premium Reseller”, dovrebbe garantire un’assistenza Premium. Un motivo in più per continuare a scegliere Amazon per i miei acquisti futuri.

In the past I had already had a negative experience with a repair (during which I left preferring another repairer), but I wanted to give R-Store another chance to purchase an Apple device. Obviously, this time too the experience was absolutely negative. Furthermore, they made me travel more than 250km to find a solution to my problem, only to be told that “the call center did not know that the manager was not here today. Come back tomorrow ". I think Apple should better guarantee their customers, especially with companies they trust their brand to. Buying from companies that have official partnerships with Apple, I would expect quality service and superlative customer support. A "Premium" purchase, as publicly declared with the name "Premium Reseller", should guarantee Premium assistance. All the more reason to keep choosing Amazon for my future purchases.
