★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto una brutta esperienza per mio nonno: abbiamo chiesto di cambiare il paziente che è una in camera con lui perché causa fastidio in quanto parla di notte non facendolo dormire, questa richiesta è stata rifiutata senza nessuna spiegazione. Peccato che se sganci qualche soldo in più hai tutti i "privilegi" che vuoi.
Per il resto il servizio è buono.
I had a bad experience for my grandfather: we asked to change the patient who is in the room with him because he causes annoyance as he speaks at night and does not make him sleep, this request was refused without any explanation. Too bad that if you drop some extra cash you have all the "privileges" you want.
Otherwise the service is good.
