 No hot water, dirty, bad restaurant and little professionalism. It was a bad experience. I don't recommend it.

The quality of the cuisine and the kindness of the staff are worth more than the 5 stars I gave. It is not a grand luxury hotel but it is perfect for a weekend and / or holiday week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location perfetta per chi vuole fare una cenetta tranquilla immersi nella neve. Il cibo è spettacolare con materie prime di ottima qualità. Nonostante la tarda ora (23:00 circa) lo staff è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile.
Perfect location for those who want to have a quiet dinner immersed in the snow. The food is spectacular with high quality raw materials. Despite the late hour (about 11.00pm) the staff was very kind and super helpful.

I was here with my family and friends and we really enjoyed it! The dishes were ridiculously full and full of flavor, delicious! Very good prices compared to the quality presented and quantity.
