M	Massimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cara signora Monica, Sono tornato oggi nel negozio di Brescia dopo una settimana per acquistare un altro materasso, incredibile... sull’ultimo acquisto non mi hanno abbuonato come sul primo il copri materasso, anzi pure fatto pagare le spese di consegna... (alla faccia della cliente fedele) ho riscontrato scarsa competenza tecnica e commerciale rispetto ai negozi di altre marche, pertanto non mi aspetto nulla di buono neppure dai materassi quando arriveranno, se arriveranno.... Bravi nel scrivere sulle locandine sconti e regali ma poi hanno sempre la regola per non rispettare ciò che pubblicizzano. LONTANI da questo negozio. Sono stata accolta da una signora poco gentile e poco incline a soddisfare le mie esigenze, nonostante gliele avessi chiarito sin da subito. Oltre a non avermi assistito bene, il linguaggio dialettale che usava non era per niente simpatico. Senza poi assecondare le mie esigenze, parlava con un tono saccente. È stata di poco aiuto, completamente inesperta sull'argomento. Adesso posso capire perché la gente preferisce comprare on line. Non lo consiglierei come punto vendita. Il materasso purtroppo è arrivato leggermente più corto (3 cm, quando la tolleranza data dall'azienda era di +/- 2 cm). Abbiamo contattato l'azienda che h mandato velocemente un tecnico a controllare e verificare le misure, nel giro di 20 GG ci hanno sostituito il materasso. Noi siamo stati molto contenti. E poi gentilissimi sia al telefono che le persone che sono venute a casa. Un'azienda che consiglio volentieri. Monica We ordered a standard size mattress. Unfortunately, the mattress arrived slightly shorter (3 cm, when the tolerance given by the company was +/- 2 cm). s	simone tiberti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un matrimoniale da 600 euro (più spese di spedizione) in negozio sotto Natale; una volta consegnato a casa mi accorgo che ci potrebbe stare anche una misura più grande, e mi informo sulla possibilità di un cambio con una taglia più grande. Chiamo il servizio clienti che mi dice che da art.2 del contratto che ho sottoscritto non si può fare il cambio;leggo il contratto ma non c’è traccia della cosa. Chiamo in negozio e la venditrice mi consiglia di mandare una mail perché non dipende da lei; scrivo al servizio clienti che mi conferma che il cambio non è possibile “perché sono artigiani” (ma il mio materasso era disponibile a magazzino in una misura standard). Quindi mi devo tenere un prodotto mai utilizzato che avrei cambiato con uno più costoso, ovviamente a spese mie! Al di là del mio errore di valutazione mi sarei aspettato più comprensione e disponibilità a venirmi incontro, soprattutto in periodo di Covid e da parte di un grande gruppo. In conclusione: personale incompetente, prodotto di qualità mediocre, pessima assistenza...meglio andare da commercianti locali, più attenti alle esigenze del cliente. I bought a 600 euro double bed (plus shipping costs) in the shop over Christmas; once delivered home I realize that there could also be a larger size, and I inquire about the possibility of a change with a larger size. I call customer service and they tell me that from Article 2 of the contract I have signed, the change cannot be made; I read the contract but there is no trace of it. I call the shop and the seller advises me to send an email because it does not depend on her; I write to customer service which confirms that the change is not possible “because they are artisans” (but my mattress was available in stock in a standard size). So I have to keep an unused product that I would have exchanged for a more expensive one, obviously at my expense! Beyond my error of assessment, I would have expected more understanding and willingness to come to meet me, especially in the period of Covid and from a large group. In conclusion: incompetent staff, poor quality product, bad assistance ... better to go to local merchants, more attentive to customer needs.

Mi ha particolarmente colpito la gentilezza e la professionalità della venditrice, che nonostante le mie perplessità e le mie innumerevoli domande sul prodotto ha saputo soddisfare le mie esigenze con cordialità e disponibilità e anche con quel tocco di simpatia che male non fa. Lo consiglio vivamente. I bought a couple of mattresses for my daughters bedroom. I find the product of high quality, comfortable to take out and practical for cleaning. I was particularly struck by the kindness and professionalism of the seller, who despite my doubts and my countless questions about the product was able to meet my needs with cordiality and availability and also with that touch of sympathy that doesn't hurt. I highly recommend it.

Servizio clienti sempre pronto e reattivo mentre servizio logistica pessimo. Ritardi sia nella consegna che nell'installazione. Risoluzione problemi pessima. Materasso buono. Non lo consiglierò a nessuno. Bad installation service. Truly poor bed frame finishes despite the medium-high price. Always prompt and responsive customer service while bad logistics service. Delays in both delivery and installation. Bad problem solving. Good mattress. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Nessun mal di schiena con il cambio. I ragazzi che hanno fatto il montaggio sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, come l'addetta alle vendite. La nostra esperienza è stata estremamente positiva!
