★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante la pandemia, nonostante fosse chiusa tutta la parte della spa e sauna si pagava allo stesso 69€. Mai più. Molto delusa anche dalla sala pesi e attrezzi, code dopo le 18 (sarà forse per i suoi 2 metri quadrati?!) Bah.
 During the pandemic, despite the fact that the entire part of the spa and sauna was closed, it was paid for the same 69 €. Never again. Very disappointed also by the weight and equipment room, queues after 6pm (maybe because of its 2 square meters ?!) Bah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel a lot for work and currently in Brescia on a work assignment and use Virgin to work out around the world on a casual basis but that is not possible in Brescia. Don't even try, the bureaucracy is ridiculous!!! I joined a local yoga studio, probably for the best! Screw corporate gyms, specially Virgin in Brescia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The night shift manager was very rude, apparently virgin active closes at 10.30 regardless of what it says in the website, while i was working out, The night shift manager approached in a very unfriendly manner and asked me to go out saying " its late we need to go home" while i tried to explain that i thought the gym was closing at 11, she rudely said yes but its almost 11.40 and i have to go. I kindly requested 5m to finish my set but she insisted i leave right then and there. Very rude management
