È stato per pochissimo tempo ma ha rappresentato un regalo fatto a una persona cara che è stata accolta ed assistita con professionalità. Ha ricevuto amorevoli attenzioni e quando ce n'è stato bisogno, anche conforto farmacologico. Non posso che ringraziare. I needed to contact the Senago facility. It was for a very short time but it represented a gift given to a loved one who was welcomed and assisted with professionalism. He has received loving attention and when it was needed, even pharmacological comfort. I can only thank you.
E	Ester Serina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho inserito mio padre a fine settembre perché tenacemente voleva fare fisioterapia per recuperare, meglio possibile, la capacità di camminare bene.si la struttura è nuova e apparentemente perfetta almeno nella struttura. Purtroppo dopo un mese e mezzo mio padre è già morto. Devo dire che manca molto nella presa in carico la voglia del personale assistenziale di favorire l'ospite nell'inserimento in struttura. Una persona che per anni è stata curata a casa e ha una certa età oltre alle abitudini ha un suo equilibrio e per quanto precario è il suo. Non saprei cosa farmene di medici con la lode che impostano diete e programmi da manuale per gestire persone semplici che nel loro menage seppure impreciso vanno avanti e accettano i loro limiti. In questo periodo che ci ha separato tanto fisicamente non abbiamo potuto vederlo che pochi minuti in agonia e dopo morto. Le uniche cose riferiteda lui , dai pochi incontri al vetro che abbiamo avuto sono relative al fatto che non lo mobilizzavano a sufficienza e si sentiva sempre più fermo e rallentato. Non consiglio di portarci persone in grado di capire. Avrei voluto un'attenzione diversa a tutto, ma mi sembra tutto gestito da personale senza esperienza e preparazione. Io non volevo che mio padre dimagrissse o andasse alle olimpiadi ma è entrato che camminava, mangiava da solo e beveva da solo neanche la soddisfazione di sapere che si sentiva inserito in un ambiente accogliente rispetto alle sue abitudini. Inutile parlare con direttore o medici che rimandano risposte da manuale. Per me non è una buona struttura manca il presupposto principale. L'umanità. Pesava solo 49 kg ....eravamo disperati..... Abbiamo tentato di salvarlo inserendolo in questa struttura e oggi dobbiamo tanto ringraziare tutti ma proprio tutti dalla direttrice sanitaria agli altri assistenti Siamo veramente contenti per lo stato di salute di nostro padre che ha recuperato molto sia in peso che psicologicamente Ringraziamo tutto il personale che gentilmente lo assiste e cordiale anche con noi ... Noi consigliamo vivamente questa struttura ed è contento anche nostro padre. Vengono organizzate anche un sacco di attività per coinvolgere gli ospiti (ad esempio oggi, per la festa dei nonni, lo staff della struttura ha organizzato la giornata sulle 500 d'epoca).
