Vestiti constantemente scambiati con quelli di altri ospiti, occhiali rotti e persi senza nessuna opzione di farglieli riparare/comprare per settimane. Carrozina scambiata con quella di altri ospiti bagnata di urine. Grazie al signore che siamo riusciti a portarla fuori da questo gulag praticamente in fin di vita. Zero professionalism, total confinement throughout the quarantine period for my grandmother. Constantly exchanged clothes with those of other guests, broken and lost glasses with no option of having them repaired / bought for weeks. Carriage exchanged with that of other guests wet with urine. Thanks to the gentleman that we managed to get her out of this gulag practically dying.

Prima della pandemia quando andavo a trovarla si trovavano i dipendenti sempre con il telefonino in mano, pagavamo una retta molto alta e il servizio nn era dei migliori mio malgrado. Portiamo i nostri cari in strutture pensando che siano accuditi in modo egregio affidandoli a persone per far in modo che stiano bene invece, sia io che mia sorella, ci siamo ritrovati in una realtà non come descritta al colloquio iniziale. Se usassero meno il telefonino e accudissero i nostri cari in modo completo sarebbe meglio e noi ci sentiremo più sicuri. We bring our loved ones to structures thinking that they are looked after in an excellent way by entrusting them to people to make sure they are well instead, both my sister and I have found ourselves in a reality not as described in the initial interview. If they used their mobile phones less and looked after our loved ones comprehensively it would be better and we will feel safer. With best regards

Consiglierei a chi ne avesse bisogno... Positive experience. There was my uncle hospitalized. Always found in excellent condition staff really helpful polite. Rooms and garden always clean. I would recommend to anyone who needs it ...

Veramente una cosa oscena: mia nonna è entrata all'interno della struttura per fare riabilitazione post operatoria, ma l'hanno mandata fuori peggio di come è entrata! A causa della scarsissima igiene che viene fatta ai pazienti, mia nonna è stata trasportata in ospedale in uno stato confusionale a cuasa di un'infezione urinaria e intestinale che aveva in corso e che non le era neanche stata diagnosticata. In tutto ciò il personale non se n'è minimamente accorto della situazione e sono stati gli infermieri dell'ospedale ad accorgersi. Personale inqualificabile, superficiale e scortese!!! Se avete cara la vita dei vostri cari non mandateli assolutamente all'interno di questa orribile struttura, mia nonna siamo riusciti a salvarla veramente per un soffio!!! Terrible place !!! Due to the very poor hygiene that is given to patients, my grandmother was transported to the hospital in a confused state due to an ongoing urinary and intestinal infection that had not even been diagnosed. In all this, the staff did not notice the situation at all and it was the hospital nurses who noticed. Unspeakable, superficial and rude staff !!! If you cherish the life of your loved ones, absolutely do not send them inside this horrible structure, my grandmother we were able to really save her by a whisker !!!

Mia mamma è stata trattata come una demente mentre era entrata per delle fratture al bacino. Medico di incompetenti e direttrice inqualificabile. Mia mamma è morta e l’unico rimorso che ho è di averle fatto passare gli ultimi 3 mesi di vita in questo posto DON'T BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! Carelessness, incompetence and total lack of empathy with guests. My mom was treated like a demented person while she went in for pelvic fractures. Incompetent physician and unspeakable director. My mom died and the only remorse I have is for having let her spend the last 3 months of her life in this place
a	anna greco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il papà è stato dimesso da pochi giorni , le sue condizioni al momento del ricovero erano davvero critiche soprattutto la parte motoria ,ha recuperato bene la sua autonomia e il suo stato di salute .Ringraziamo tutto il personale per la disponibilità, la cortesia , e l attenzione con cui è stato accudito. Abbiamo trovato un struttura accogliente e un grande supporto per noi famigliari . The father was discharged a few days ago, his conditions at the time of admission were really critical, especially the motor part, he recovered well his autonomy and his state of health. We thank all the staff for their availability, courtesy, and attention with which he was cared for. We found a welcoming structure and great support for us family members.
V	Valeria Di Benedetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto davvero bello struttura moderna personale educato e disponibile . Mia madre è entrata per la riabilitazione ed è ancora lì a dire il vero. L ho trovata sempre ordinata e pulita e anche se per me non è vicino quindi la sposterò appena sarà possibile, consiglio questa struttura perché mi hanno aiutato anche psicologicamente che non è poco. Grazie a voi tutti di Anni Azzurri!!!! Really nice place modern structure polite and helpful staff. My mother came in for rehab and is still there to tell the truth. I have always found it tidy and clean and even if it is not close to me so I will move it as soon as possible, I recommend this structure because they have also helped me psychologically which is not a little. Thanks to all of you from Anni Azzurri !!!!

La struttura è recente, pulita ed è tenuta molto bene, il personale all interno è qualificato. Mi sono affidata a loro,e ad oggi posso dire solo grazie,grazie al grande cuore e al grande affetto che ogni giorno danno hai nostri cari. I brought a person very dear to me to the Blue Years facility. The management and staff were immediately welcoming and attentive to our needs. The structure is recent, clean and very well kept, the staff inside is qualified. I have entrusted myself to them, and today I can only say thank you, thanks to the big heart and the great affection that they give to our loved ones every day.
