★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place inside is quite small, but we were cold so decided to sit there. We were the first for the night, so the food came quite quickly - we had 2 pizzas, and both were really good!
I had an Aperol Shpritz, which was supposed to come with bruscette(so the menu says), but I didn't get one(not a big deal).
The only downside is the plastic cups and plates they use - they really can ruin the overall experience and the good food!
Please think of real plates and cups.

The dough is perfect, super soft, fluffy and crunchy at the same time. The ingredients are fresh and delicious.
They have a big variety to choose from.
The service is first class!!!! So friendly, helpful and always with a smile.
The glass and plate is NOT PLASTIC by the way. Its compostable and bio friendly !
It‘s a 5/5 stars recommendation for an amazing pizza in pisa !

Ordered the traditional margarita and the flavours were simple yet good
Then also ordered the more fancy stracciatella pizza . Oh man it was delicious . First time having it .
Cimi was was very kind and helpful in helping us decide . We were three people sharing two pizzas, cimi perfectly cut the pizzas into threes so we can share .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Napoletana Pizza we tasted. Perfectly soft base with lightly crispy sides, the tomato sauce tastes of real decilous tomatoes. The garlic hits your taste buds lightly and the staff warms your heart. The canoli is nutty and satisfying to your sweet tooth. Definitely worth visiting!
