Eoliane, dolci di produzione propria, ottima la colazione sempre con dolci freschi, frutta abbondante. Personale disponibile, riservato, di ottima preparazione a tutti i livelli. I proprietari sempre presenti e disponibili. Clean, welcoming, valuable and stylish furniture. The restaurant is excellent, of course, specialties are recommended. Aeolian, homemade desserts, excellent breakfast always with fresh desserts, abundant fruit. Staff available, reserved, excellent preparation at all levels. Owners always present and available.

Sono stata accolta calorosamente dal receptionist e da uno dei proprietari con dei sorrisi gentili sui loro volti. Ho avuto l'occasione di porre varie domande sul posto e chiedere consigli al direttore e sono soddisfatta delle loro risposte ma ancor più sorpresa della pazienza che hanno avuto nei miei confronti. Posso essere davvero molto curiosa alle volte. Una delle pecche del resort può essere la posizione in base alla località ma ho trovato un pro anche in questo punto: si può dormire tranquillamente nonostante la musica ed il volume alto dei locali nei pressi del porto. Le camere sono sempre pulite ed accoglienti e la ristorazione è di alta qualità. Vi sono anche alcune aree dedicate ad un po' di relax, come per esempio il mio posto preferito per leggere un libro di pomeriggio: una panchina con vista sul mare. Anche qui il servizio di sala è stato stupendo e confortante, il personale, con un sorriso delicato, mi ha fatto passare la nostalgia di casa che mi aveva un po' rattristata durante gli ultimi giorni di vacanza. Consiglio il resort alle persone che cercano più tranquillità che altro. One of the best Aeolian hotels in which I had the privilege of staying. The staff is very helpful, especially the reception. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and one of the owners with kind smiles on their faces. I had the opportunity to ask various questions on the spot and ask the director for advice and I am satisfied with their answers but even more surprised by the patience they had towards me. I can be very curious sometimes. One of the faults of the resort may be the location based on the location but I found a pro here too: you can sleep peacefully despite the music and the high volume of the rooms near the port. The rooms are always clean and welcoming and the restaurant is of high quality. There are also some areas dedicated to relaxing, such as my favorite place to read a book in the afternoon: a bench overlooking the sea. Here, too, the dining room service was wonderful and comforting, the staff, with a delicate smile, passed me the homesickness that had saddened me a bit during the last days of vacation. I recommend the resort to people looking for more tranquility than anything else.

Le ragazze della ristorazione sono gentilissime e si respira una sensazione di ordine e pulito ovunque, lo consiglio vivamente, una garanzia. Ottima la colazione ed i servizi elencati funzionano benissimo Excellent hotel, to say the least, in a quiet location with an enchanting view, excellent reception and available to satisfy any request. The catering girls are very kind and there is a feeling of order and clean everywhere, I highly recommend it, a guarantee. Excellent breakfast and the listed services work very well

La signora super gentile e pronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza (si è fatta carico di cambiare il nostro biglietto per l’aliscafo). La colazione la mattina con vista mare è un’immagine che rimarrà sempre nei nostri ricordi più belli del nostro viaggio di nozze alle Isole Eolie. CRAZY hotel with great view! We chose this place to spend two nights in Panarea and we could not have chosen a better hotel. The super nice lady ready to respond to our every need (she took charge of changing our ticket for the hydrofoil). Breakfast in the morning with a sea view is an image that will always remain in our best memories of our honeymoon in the Aeolian Islands.
