Un grazie speciale alla signora Angela? Splendid location and unique atmosphere. I think that the beauty of this hotel is absolutely in line with the wonders that this island reserves !! Doccia malfunzionante, cuscini di legno, colazione scarsa, personale non all’altezza che non ti fa sentire per niente a casa, a differenza di altri alberghi sull’isola (La Piazza per citare il migliore). Rapporto qualità/prezzo assolutamente inadeguato. Se non avesse la location (e il nome) avrebbe già chiuso. Sconsigliato! Terrible! Malfunctioning shower, wooden cushions, poor breakfast, staff not up to par who do not make you feel at home at all, unlike other hotels on the island (La Piazza to name the best). Absolutely inadequate quality / price ratio. If it didn't have the location (and name) it would have closed already. Not recommended!

Purtroppo le camere hanno non poche lacune, per quanto riguarda quelle base: assente la luce naturale se non dalle porte, la doccia funziona male e il bagno nel complesso é di basso livello, il letto é di marmo. Nel complesso, il prezzo é elevato per quello che offre Beautiful structure outside and excellent and very varied breakfast. Unfortunately the rooms have not a few shortcomings, as far as the basic ones are concerned: there is no natural light except from the doors, the shower works poorly and the bathroom overall is of a low standard, the bed is made of marble. Overall, the price is high for what it offers
E	Ester Gifuni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia valutazione è riferita al ristorante. Partiamo dal bagno che non ha una chiave per chiudere ed era bagnato a terra ( spero fosse acqua,!) Sul tavolo non c'era neanche una tovaglietta usa e getta. Abbiamo ordinato i calamari alla griglia e il pesce spada alla griglia, dopo dieci minuti mi viene detto che il pesce spada è terminato quindi ordino frittura di calamari e nel frattempo la birra portata prontamente si è fatta calda. Sia i calamari alla griglia che quelli fritti risultano poco cotti in più a quelli fritti tagliandoli viene via completamente l'impanatura ( mai successo e ne ho mangiate di fritture!). Per due secondi una bottiglietta di acqua e due birre Heineken da 33 ognuna a cinque euro (un vero furto, il prezzo non c'era sul menù altrimenti non le avremmo prese) 45 euro. Della serie spenniamo il turista di passaggio, avessimo almeno mangiato bene! My rating refers to the restaurant. Let's start with the bathroom that doesn't have a key to lock it and was wet on the floor (I hope it was water!) There wasn't even a disposable placemat on the table. We ordered the grilled calamari and the grilled swordfish, after ten minutes I am told that the swordfish is finished so I order fried calamari and in the meantime the beer brought promptly got hot. Both grilled and fried squid are slightly cooked more than fried ones, cutting them off completely the breading (never happened and I've eaten fried!). For two seconds a bottle of water and two Heineken beers from 33 each to five euros (a real steal, the price was not on the menu otherwise we would not have taken them) 45 euros. From the series we pluck the passing tourist, if we had at least eaten well!

We did a reservation for two nights and by a BIG mistake, my assistant canceled 24h before our arrival. we called the hotel and spoke with the manager who, in no way was kind enough to understand the situation even when they still had rooms available and our money in their account. They proposed to book again another room for the same price ( 800€) and did not give any refund of our booking. My Sicilian friends even spoke to the owner who did not want to listen. I wish that this hotel would not be on the top list of Panarea, a little paradise which should be free from tourist thieves!
