★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was ok. Caponata and Parmigiana are anyway outstanding. Price are cheap for Panarea. But the service was a complete disaster. Slow, inaccurate, not warm. To be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room with the big terrace was great, we spent afternoons taking in the sunset while having some beers. They were very diligent to accommodate an early check out and even found a solution to offer us a nice breakfast. The only thing keeping them from a 5 star rating was that the AC was broken and thus we spent one of our nights sweating and the next one swarmed with mosquitoes because we had left the windows open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is about the restaurant, not the hotel. We had a nice dinner here, the portions are large, so a starter and primo piatto is way enough to eat. The service is courteous and the pasta was good. The wine suggested by the waiter was nice. The yellow energy saving lamps are better than white ones to give a cosy ambiance and the view is great. All in all a pleasant experience.

No doubt that the food is fresh but the chef falls short.
Such a pity that a beautiful place like this with a friendly staff loses point for a careless kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place just behind the waterfront. The service is good even if you have to wait really a long time before you are served. The pastas were not really good , I think the reason was some heavy ingredients in both of the dishes we ordered. The grilled swordfish wraps were not bad but they don't worth the price. We found a good balance between wines and their prices.
