★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked for the fish of the day and the waiter showed us 3 fishes, saying 2 were priced 20-25€ and one priced 18€. We took one of the bigger fishes and the waiter charged us 36€ for that ! He justified himself by saying that 20-25€ was in fact the price per person but that, in his goodness, he gave us a discount ! In total we payed 60€ for 1 fish, 2 side dishes, 2 desserts and one bottle of water, which is clearly overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no problem paying a premium for things on Panarea but even accounting for that my parmegianna (reheated in a microwave so half warm half cold), swordfish, water and tiny portions of vegetables and potatoes were not good value at 40 Euro. That said the fish was well cooked and the service was friendly and prompt so if you have deep pockets I'm sure you'll have a pleasant evening.
