Già all'entrata spicca un bel cartello giallo...."per motivi tecnici non si accetta pagamenti con carta di credito". Evidentemente la causa non sarà tecnica.... Alla fine ti presentano in "preconto"... Lo scontrino si deve richiedere alla cassa, cosa che la maggioranza degli ospiti non fa...stasera gli ospiti erano quasi tutti turisti stranieri ... Sul conto sono stati aggiunti 5 € in più per la Fiorentina. Alla domanda sul perché ci risponde che erano 1200 grammi e non mille...anche se sul preconto venivano indicati 1000 g. Poi la "Fiorentina" abbiamo ordinsto una da 1000g...invece sono arrivate due da 500 g...che non si potevano chiamare Fiorentine ... Al massimo Entrecote. Il cibo di per se è nella media. I prezzi sono buoni. Ma abbiamo in pratica aspettato quasi due ore per mangiare...anche per le pizze. Rimane di bello la location e l'illuminazione del cortile esterno. Alla fine abbiamo pagato oltre 180 €. Non ci hanno offerto neanche un caffè o un amaro. Oltre al fatto che bisognava pagare in contante. 10 of us came here thinking we would find the usual restaurant but we found a new management. We actually only saw one waiter. But we basically waited almost two hours to eat ... even for the pizzas. The location and the lighting of the outdoor courtyard remain beautiful. In the end we paid over € 180. F	Francesco P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo un gruppo e abbiamo optato per questo luogo, data la location molto bella, ma siamo rimasti molto delusi dal resto. Abbiamo ordinato dei primi e delle pizze. I tempi di attesa sono stati lunghissimi, nonostante il locale non fosse pieno e ci fossero abbastanza camerieri. Ma il problema credo provenisse dalla cucina. Dopo una lunga attesa, siamo stati serviti tutti in tempi diversi e abbiamo mangiato separatamente. La pasta era cruda, si è freddata in un attimo, e dei frutti di mare c'era solo il profumo. Le pizze nella norma. Camerieri gentili, ma un po' sbandati nel portare le pietanze, in quanto spesso sbagliavano tavolo. Peccato davvero, perché basterebbe poco per offrire dei cibi ed un servizio migliori. Il luogo merita tantissimo e Presicce è un borgo fantastico. Saluti. We were a group and we opted for this place, given the very nice location, but we were very disappointed with the rest. We ordered first courses and pizzas. The waiting times were very long, even though the place was not full and there were enough waiters. But I think the problem came from the kitchen. After a long wait, we were all served at different times and ate separately. The pasta was raw, it got cold in an instant, and there was only the scent of the seafood. The pizzas in the norm. The waiters were polite, but a little wandering in bringing the dishes, as they often got the wrong table. Too bad, because it would take little to offer better food and service. I camerieri corrono in continuazione, dando oltretutto l'impressione di essere in perenne ansia da sgridata del titolare. Si impegnano al massimo ma NON C'È ABBASTANZA PERSONALE!!! Manca SEMPRE (non può essere un caso, ci sono andata in più occasioni negli ultimi 2 anni) la possibilità di pagare con carte e bancomat. I titolari non sono ne cordiali ne professionali. The waiters run around all the time, giving the impression of being in perennial anxiety to be scolded by the owner. They try hard but THERE IS NOT ENOUGH STAFF !!! There is ALWAYS (it can't be a coincidence, I went there on several occasions in the last 2 years) the possibility of paying with cards and ATMs. The owners are neither friendly nor professional.
