★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 1 stella perché 0 è impossibile. I treni sono a dir poco imbarazzanti, sporchi , vecchi e senza controllo. I ritardi all' ordine del giorno e gli scioperi costanti. Per lo più quando si chiedono informazioni o aiuto al personale addetto c è sempre un problema e risultano tutti maleducati. classica compagnia italiana dove tutto non funziona e tutto è una scusa.
I give 1 star because 0 is impossible. Trains are embarrassing to say the least, dirty, old and out of control. Delays on the agenda and constant strikes. Mostly when you ask for information or help from the staff there is always a problem and they are all rude. classic Italian company where everything doesn't work and everything is an excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst train service I've ever travel with. There's absoulute no guarantee you will ever arrive with these people. In my experience trains have NEVER been on time, often you won't find a seat.
It's beyond travelling.
Avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ awful service, I just want to buy a second ticket and have show the ticket to the staff, but she just still ask me what the destination called?if I can speak italian, i won’t need her help, if she can read Italien, she shouldn’t ask me this question. Plz, don’t work if you hate your job : )
On the platform you can’t see any information of your train and you must ask the other passengers on the train. I’d rather Trenitalia.
It's merely a question of time before the business of Trenord collapses.
