★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Richiesti due biglietti da Praia a Napoli e viveversa e inveve sono stati stampati due biglietti da napoli a Praia. Cheste spiegazioni e fatto riconoscere l'errore, rilevato 20 minuti dopo, la titolare in modo arrogante e con atteggiamenti maleducati non ha voluto sentire ragioni, sbandierando articoli di legge non meglio saputi indicare, da lei stessa. Morale della favola ho dovuto rifare il biglietto alla più, senza dubbi, affidabile biglietteria automatizzata.
Bad experience. Two tickets were requested from Praia to Naples and viveversa and inveve two tickets from Naples to Praia were printed. Asked for explanations and made to recognize the error, detected 20 minutes later, the owner in an arrogant way and with rude attitudes did not want to hear reasons, waving articles of law not better able to indicate, by herself. Moral of the story I had to redo the ticket at the most reliable automated ticket office.
