Ad oggi nessun riscontro. Inaffidabile sotto tutti profili. . I sent a complaint email to the Agency on 07.01.2020 concerning PressTour tour in Cuba and stay in Cayo Levisa in December-January. Troubles for the bad organization of the tour, hotel in Havana in unacceptable condition, return flight with Neos nightmare.The agency limited itself to sending the email to the Operator PressTour tour. Per un viaggio con 6 mesi di anticipo, tra l'altro un viaggio dalle date imposte dal personale, un prezzo esorbitante, quasi 700 euro mentre in altre agenzie per gli stessi giorni i prezzi erano 400 in meno. Nessuna voglia di lavorare, non ci è stato proposto praticamente nulla, ''sbattuti fuori "dopo aver espresso il nostro pensiero sul prezzo eccessivo e dopo averci detto di dormire in spiaggia.
