M	Maria Carrano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grandissima esperienza:11 km di discesa su un fiume dalle acque cristalline, tra canion e foreste, spiaggette dove fare un tuffo e pareti calcaree piene di fascino. Luogo magico accompagnati da uno staff super professionale (attrezzatura di alto livello) ed efficiente. Le guide sono eccellenti, d'altronde il centro fa parte del circuito della federazione! Si possono fare pacchetti di più giorni (unendo canoa, canioning e trekking nel fiume) dormendo in tenda o usufruendo dei b&b di Papasidero. Anche il borghetto di 600 anime è carinissimo. Subito ci si sente parte di questa piccola e accogliente comunità. Un grazie speciale alla nostra guida, Samuele e agli splendidi Mariarosaria e Giulio. Consigliatissimo! Great experience: 11 km of descent on a river with crystal clear waters, between canyons and forests, beaches where you can take a dip and limestone walls full of charm. Magical place accompanied by a super professional (high level equipment) and efficient staff. The guides are excellent, after all the center is part of the federation circuit! You can make packages of several days (combining canoeing, canioning and trekking in the river) sleeping in a tent or taking advantage of the Papasidero b & b. Even the hamlet of 600 souls is very cute. You immediately feel part of this small and welcoming community. Special thanks to our guide, Samuele and the splendid Mariarosaria and Giulio. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo fatto la discesa con la mia famiglia e amici ed è stato bellissimo. Grazie alla nostra guida Wollas che ci ha fatto divertire e ci ha guidato in modo eccellente. Da rifare assolutamente. Beautiful experience with an enchanting landscape. Excellent organization, they prepare you and explain everything for the descent. We did the descent with my family and friends and it was beautiful. A	Alberto Rossin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci sono altre parole per descrivere l'esperienza... FAN-TA-STI-CA..!!! L'organizzazione è molto efficiente, tutta l'idea è pensata benissimo. Fin dall'arrivo, si percepisce un lieve senso di aspettativa, un fremito di emozione. Tutto "fila liscio", fra personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. I preparativi, per abbigliarsi convenientemente, con protezioni per tutte le taglie, si svolgono in un clima di allegria. Poi tutti sulla navetta, e si parte per andare a monte, al punto di partenza dell'avventura vera e propria. Ma l'avventura, in realtà, inizia già con la navetta, in un susseguirsi di curve, accompagnati dall'autista, simpatico e gioviale, ma esperto e coscienzioso. Prima di imbarcarsi, un breve "corso", per sapere come muoversi a bordo, e si va. Piedi a mollo nell'acqua gelida, ed il torrente inizia a trascinarci, fino a trovare delle vere e proprie piccole rapide, con la voce della guida, Giulio, calma e simpatica, che ci fa andare, e sbagliare, deliberatamente, per aggiungere un pizzico di pepe alle già intense emozioni. Il torrente è BELLISSIMO, scorre fra boschi ombrosi e rive intonse, a tratti ampie e ghiaiose, a tratti alte e levigate. E poi cascate, tuffi, cadute (io) fra risate ed allegria... Andateci, tutti. L'esperienza vale veramente il viaggio. There are no other words to describe the experience ... FAN-TA-STI-CA .. !!! The organization is very efficient, the whole idea is thought out very well. Upon arrival, there is a slight sense of expectation, a thrill of emotion. Everything "runs smoothly", between staff who are always available and smiling. The preparations, to dress conveniently, with protections for all sizes, take place in an atmosphere of joy. Then everyone on the shuttle, and off to go upstream, to the starting point of the real adventure. But the adventure, in reality, already begins with the shuttle, in a succession of curves, accompanied by the driver, nice and jovial, but expert and conscientious. Before embarking, a short "course", to know how to get around on board, and off you go. Feet to soak in the icy water, and the stream begins to drag us, until we find real small rapids, with the voice of the guide, Giulio, calm and nice, who makes us go, and make mistakes, deliberately, to add a pinch of pepper to the already intense emotions. The stream is BEAUTIFUL, it flows through shady woods and untouched banks, at times wide and gravelly, at times high and smooth. And then waterfalls, dives, falls (me) between laughter and joy ... Go there, everyone. The experience is truly worth the trip.

Questa è la terza volta che facciamo rafting, dal Trentino sul fiume Noce, nel Lazio vicino alle Marmore, devo dire che al livello paesaggistico il fiume Lao è stupendo, di gran lunga supera anche il Trentino, merita assolutamente. Il percorso non è assolutamente complicato o tecnico, forse è meglio così perché si è completamente concentrati sulle bellezze del paesaggio circostante, in particolare quando si passa in alcune gole strette la natura è incontaminata, veramente stupenda da provare senza remore. Il viaggio che ti porta nel punto di partenza con il gommone dura circa 30 min (in navetta) l’istruttore (nel nostro caso Mirko) si è dimostrato simpaticissimo, spiritosissimo ( ci ha fatto morir dal ridere con le sue battute) molto preparato sia al livello tecnico sia culturale, spiegandoci durante la navigazione la storia del fiume, gli aneddoti dei posti che incontravamo. Mi è piaciuto tanto perché non è stata la solita discesa, ci siamo fermati in un punto dove abbiamo bevuto acqua che usciva dalle rocce, ci ha fatto fare un paio di bagni nel fiume trasportati lentamente dalla corrente, abbiamo fatto delle foto sotto una cascata d’acqua potabile, è stata un’esperienza completa. Tutto lo staff è molto molto cordiale e simpaticissimi, il fotografo che ci accompagnava in canoa (kekko) ci ha fatto delle foto bellissime. Lo consiglio a tutte le età, non è pericoloso o impegnativo state tranquilli che passerete una giornata indimenticabile. Beautiful experience. This is the third time we do rafting, from Trentino on the Noce river, in Lazio near the Marmore, I must say that at the landscape level the Lao river is stupendous, it far exceeds even Trentino, it absolutely deserves. The route is absolutely not complicated or technical, perhaps it is better this way because you are completely focused on the beauty of the surrounding landscape, especially when you pass in some narrow gorges the nature is unspoiled, truly wonderful to try without hesitation. The journey that takes you to the starting point with the dinghy takes about 30 minutes (by shuttle) the instructor (in our case Mirko) proved to be very nice, very witty (he made us die laughing with his jokes) very prepared both on a technical and cultural level, explaining the history of the river during the navigation, the anecdotes of the places we encountered. I liked it so much because it was not the usual descent, we stopped at a point where we drank water that came out of the rocks, he made us take a couple of baths in the river carried slowly by the current, we took pictures under a waterfall of drinking water, it was a complete experience. All the staff are very very friendly and very nice, the photographer who accompanied us in the canoe (kekko) took us some beautiful photos. I recommend it to all ages, it is not dangerous or demanding, rest assured that you will have an unforgettable day.
C	Chiara Labarile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di vivere questa fantastica avventura nella giornata del lunedì dell'Angelo proprio per poter trascorrere una giornata memorabile! Consiglio assolutamente l'attività presso questa struttura perché lo staff è davvero molto preparato e disponibile e soprattutto i paesaggi sono mozzafiato. Sin dal primo momento la responsabile della struttura si è mostrata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per poterci regolare dato che era la nostra prima esperienza di rafting e temevamo che per il meteo primaverile avremmo potuto crearci problemi. Lo staff che accompagna i gruppi è davvero preparato dal punto di vista culturale e tecnico, infatti grazie ad Ettore abbiamo potuto scoprire delle caratteristiche del fiume e del percorso. Non potendo scattare foto durante l'attività ero molto preoccupata di non poter avere un ricordo materiale, ma fortunatamente c'era Francesco che si è occupato di scattarci delle foto che dopo circa un'ora dalla fine del percorso ci sono state fornite. Per quanto riguarda i paesaggi non immaginavamo assolutamente di addentrarci in quelle splendide gole e soprattutto non pensavamo di aver tempo per poterci godere il panorama, invece nei punti più belli del percorso ci hanno dato la possibilità di fermarci con il nostro affezionato gommone per osservare ogni minimo particolare. Insomma, spingo tutti voi a recarvi presso questa avventura e soprattutto verso questa struttura!! From the first moment the manager of the structure was very helpful and provided us with all the useful information to be able to adjust as it was our first rafting experience and we feared that due to the spring weather we could create problems. The staff accompanying the groups is really prepared from a cultural and technical point of view, in fact thanks to Ettore we were able to discover the characteristics of the river and the route. Not being able to take pictures during the activity I was very worried about not being able to have a material memory, but luckily there was Francesco who took care of taking pictures that after about an hour from the end of the path were given to us. As for the landscapes, we absolutely did not imagine going into those splendid gorges and above all we did not think we had time to enjoy the view, instead in the most beautiful points of the route they gave us the opportunity to stop with our affectionate rubber dinghy to observe every little bit. particular. In short, I urge all of you to go to this adventure and above all to this structure !!
