★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piace molto sia la location, raffinata ed elegante della Pinacoteca, sia la mostra di dipinti dedicata ai pittori locali, spesso sconosciuti e poco valorizzati! Merita davvero la visita e, invito il mondo della scuola, cui appartengo, a coinvolgere le scolaresche in questo bellissimo percorso culturale che aiuta ad approfondire la sensibilità, la bellezza della nostra terra, riscoprendone le radici autentiche.
 It really like is the location, refined and elegant Art Gallery, is an exhibition of paintings dedicated to local artists, often unknown and undervalued! It really deserves a visit and, I invite the world of the school, to which I belong, to involve the schoolchildren in this beautiful cultural journey that helps to deepen the sensitivity, the beauty of our land, rediscovering its authentic roots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Pinacoteca si trova all'interno di Palazzo Pinto su via dei Mercanti. A parte il bellissimo Polittico di Buccino di Andrea Sabatini, le opere meritevoli di attenzione si contano sulle dita di una mano. Purtroppo la maggior parte dei dipinti della collezione permanente è di qualità piuttosto scarsa. L'ingresso alla Pinacoteca comunque è gratuito quindi consiglio comunque una visita.
The Pinacoteca is located inside Palazzo Pinto on via dei Mercanti. Apart from the beautiful Polyptych of Buccino by Andrea Sabatini, the works worthy of attention can be counted on the fingers of one hand. Unfortunately, most of the paintings in the permanent collection are of rather poor quality. However, the entrance to the Pinacoteca is free so I still recommend a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small but good museum. Admission was free. We found there excellent exhibition dedicated to the World War I. Visitors are allowed to take non commercial photo without flash light and tripod.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A true hidden gem! What a great collection of local paintings from Salerno and the neighboring towns. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The gallery's entry fee us zero (extra points for free access to amazing 16th-18th century art!)
