★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude customer service. In a pronivias shop I would expect the staff to order the pronovias dress that I wanted to try but they didn't. I'm still wearing a Pronovias dress at my wedding just not with their help. Disapponting and not very professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed feelings about Pronovias in Milan. I had a few struggles with the dress but in the end the manager and the staff were able to help me all along.
I think Pronovias is a bit outdated, but depends on what you are looking for! They are also very flexible in terms of timing.

The dresses are MAGNIFICENT and the sellers are very nice, professional and attentive to our desires. Thanks to Federica and her team for the welcome and their constant support! I felt really comfortable and came out knowing I had chosen the perfect dress for me! All the dresses are beautiful so choosing one is not so easy - but Jessica really helped with her advice so I know I chose the dress that will be perfect for my big day!
