★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infopoint ricco di informazioni per chi decide di visitare Aquileia. Per accedere è neccessario fare un po' di coda e prendere un biglietto per evitare il sovraffollamento del piccolo locale adibito al pubblico. Unico neo negativo è la bassa disponibilità di una delle operatrici, che nonostante ci abbia dato le informazioni essenziali ha concluso le breve spiegazione dicendo: "come ha detto la mia collega all'altro cliente". Ovviamente questo prevedeva di ascoltare l'altra conversazione. Fortunatamente all'uscita abbiamo potuto chiedere ad altri turisti le info necessarie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte le cartine, il personale presente non ci ha dato buone informazioni. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi dell'audio guida e non ci hanno detto che potevamo chiedere la riduzione del biglietto per entrare in alcuni luoghi.
Apart from the maps, the staff present did not give us good information. We had to ask us for the audio guide and they didn't tell us that we could ask for a reduction in the ticket to enter some places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' stato veramente utile passare da questo Infopoint! oltre ad averci consigliato la FVG card che ci ha fatto risparmiare sulle visite che avevamo intenzione di fare, il personale si è pure prodigato per inserirci in due visite guidate, informandoci telefonicamente dell'avvenuta iscrizione, lasciandoci nel frattempo liberi di visitare la basilica ! gentilissime!
It was really useful to go through this Infopoint! in addition to advising us on the FVG card that saved us on the visits we intended to make, the staff also did their utmost to insert us into two guided tours, informing us by telephone of the registration, leaving us in the meantime free to visit the basilica! very kind!
