★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible rooms with urine smell. Beds have wooden panels under the mattress..food is edible. Feels like sleeping in a hostel. But the staff is great... always smiling and very efficient... in the last 5 years no improvements were made, even after they changed ownership... way to expensive for what they are offering... surroundings and beach are very pleasant...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here on the conference for 4 days. That was amazing time here.
1) Service is very nice. Staff was cleaning the rooms every day. On reception people are welcome.
2) Food for guests. Buffet is amazing. Food is pretty good but too much pasta :) It was super nice to have fresh fruits - bananas, apples, mandarins.
3) Conference hall is decent. It has a lot of space.
4) Nature is making you feel much better. Beach, see, sun, everything is super exciting.
Even though it was cold outside in the hotel was air-conditioned so it was warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vile experience here slept on a matress that looked like it was from the plas Madoc skip it was darker than the ace of spades and was enriched with the stale stench of urine. Breakfast was served early however I don’t think my pet guinea pig would eat the food the 1 star cuisine had to offer and the stagnated hot chocolate that had been in the machine the last time Bobby ewin got out the shower

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: sporting facilities are good. Both gym, swimming stadiums and soccer and basket courts are fine. Easy axcess to the beach.
Staff in general quite helpful
Cons:
Looks worn down and needs repairs.
rooms are like a 1970 army camp in russia
No working aircon.
Food at the best boring and not at all suited for people training for sports.
Overcooked meat, dry bread and pasta is the dish..every day...all the time
Also, a lot of the stuff we were promised weren't as we were told before departure. They oversell the place a lot.
But..if you are just there for the sports, its fine.
as a hotel.. not so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were 10 days there with 3 kids and grandma. Nature is very nice, whole structure is embedded into pine forest. Own equipped beach with rescue team. Family hotel where we were staying is very modest almost austere but very clean though and the stuff is extremely friendly and doing the best.
Breakfast was very modest but lunch and dinner were offered with good choice and tasty food.
There is a proper water park with five slides, my children had fun there.
Should really honour the animation stuff. They were amazing. Sports, dancing on the beach, at the water park and on mini disco they were always ready! I loved a morning gymnastics on the beach and aqua gym with Mariolina.
You can easily park inside.
On the evening you can take a nice walk to Sabbiadoro centre for some shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've stayed at the Pineta and the room was pleasant. Everyday they clean the room and change towels.
Breakfast is served w/ egg, bacon, ham, cheese, yogurt, croisant and cereals. Variety of Beverages are good also.
Food was good and the portion is
ok.
Staff. Excellent staff and very helpful, although they're busy but surely when it's your turn they will give you all the attention and info you need. Polite and smiling faces. The guy at the trampoline was so kind.
My kids loved the pool with slides. I loved the beach, silent, peaceful and not crowded.
In the evening at the piazza there's an animation for everyone.
There are small things that may be added or changed, but somehow we aren't bothered about particular things.
We had a very nice stay and that's the most important thing
