Generalmente ha sempre promozioni ed è possibile trovare idee regalo anche non molto costose. Il personale è professionale e cortese. The perfumery has a good assortment of perfumes in various price ranges as well as for make-up and body treatments. Generally it always has promotions and it is possible to find gift ideas that are not very expensive. The staff are professional and courteous.

Di tutti i douglas in Europa che ho visitato certamente questo di Trento è il migliore. Per quelli che avessero dubbi sul tipo di catena, qui trovi tutto quello che ti serve , da un'idea regalo ad un pensierino. Commesse poco competenti che danno indicazioni sommarie. Una stella per la delusione di non aver MAI trovato i prodotti che cercavo. Davvero poco poco fornito. There are countless times when, looking for a product from a brand present in the store, I found myself faced with a poor selection and no trace of the various products I was looking for. Little competent orders that give summary indications. A star for the disappointment of NEVER finding the products I was looking for. Very little provided.

Le 2 stelle sono dovute al fatto che la commessa dopo aver pagato mi ha consegnato la busta dicendomi che dentro aveva inserito la coccarda e la busta regalo, peccato che la sua collega nello stesso istante stesse facendo dei pacchetti per delle clienti presenti in negozio. Purtroppo non sono stata pronta per chiedere a cosa fosse dovuto il diverso trattamento ma sinceramente non è stato molto gradevole. Per il resto negozio normale. I bought a perfume as a Christmas present a few days ago. The 2 stars are due to the fact that the saleswoman after paying gave me the envelope telling me that she had inserted the rosette and the gift bag inside, too bad that her colleague at the same time was making packages for customers in the store. Unfortunately I was not ready to ask what was due to the different treatment but honestly it was not very pleasant. For the rest normal shop.
W	Wanjiru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a black woman it is always an experience shopping in some shops in Trento. I was ignored for 15 minutes when though the shop wasn't busy. I stepped out n came back in when the two customers that were there left. I waited around while the two shop assistants pretended to be busy...eventually after a stare down one came over and asked if she could help ( I wasn't browsing, I was standing in on place looking at them) when I said what I needed she suggested that it could perhaps be found online!!! I therefore had a look myself and found it and then decided I could really spend my coins elsewhere! MA PER FAVORE!!
