★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good brewery in the Trento city center, nice to try the beer tasting (the total ml are ~ 500 like a medium size glass), wurstels are good, salad also tasty, the menu propose also canederli gulash etc, waiters very kind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First we were a little dissapointed ... the staff is cold and not very polite. Then we received the food ... it was really really great and delicious. The deserts we have ordered ... o well ... ?. And price - normal.
The facts ... staff 3 stars, food 5 stars, deserts 3 stars, beer 4 stars.

A must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever pass by the city of Trento, Forsterbrau is the ONLY place where you should eat! AMAZING, quality traditional food, very reasonable prices for the portions, and very friendly staff, cannot forget about the welcome beer and pretzel!
Stayed 2 days in Trento, ate there 3 times and still dreaming about the caserecce al ragu di anatra! Amazing!

Service very good for a Restaurant-Pub.
The food? You can feel the quality and taste that they put the work on each dish! A lot of great traditional dishes! Great strudel!!! And they serve amazing pretzels!!!
However, the pork shin was a little to salty.
Overall, good, but the food could be slightly better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place while wandering in this beautiful city. Well, the first impression you get is of a typical German brewery but with a variety of dishes to choose from the local cuisine. Let me try to give you guys an idea.
Food and Prices:
During my travels across the country i gathered the idea about the quantity and prices. We ordered the typical local delicacies and also a lot of beer.
To my surprise the quality of food was well beyond my expectations so was the quantity.
The beer definitely did not disappoint.
Unfortunately we could not finish the spread on the table ( as we were hogging some street food earlier).
The check was a good surprise and we did not shell out a lot.
I would like to visit this place again if I am in the city again. But if you guys do , better go HUNGRY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place made our trip! Set in a beautiful old building right in centro. Very busy so get there early if you can! We were greeted with a sampler beer and some lovely bread with dips as an aperitif. The food we had was also lovely! Very affordable for the service and experience!
